This Texas home is great for your next family or fishing trip to the coast! There is plenty of space for the whole group to relax and modern amenities, such as multiple smart TVs, a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a comfy sectional in the living area. Step outside to wonderful scenery with a bar, picnic tables, a fire pit, and a covered patio with great views!  
  
Located in Rockport-Fulton near many coastal activities, such as Fulton Mansion State Historic Site for a great historic tour, or take a day trip to Fulton Harbor Park or Rockport Beach for some fun swimming and fishing. There are also many nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops as well. The Copano Bay Fishing Pier is the perfect place to try your hand at fishing and it's only three miles west! Take the short drive to Goose Island State Park and enjoy several outdoor activities that include fishing, biking, hiking, kayaking, and birdwatching!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

It rained most of the week, but this house was very comfortable home away from home to stay and relax. It is everything the promotion said it is. Very handycap accessible. The only thing lacking is grab bars in the showers.

#### Nice place and location but had an active termite infestation

It was a great trip and nice place to stay if it had not been for the termites. When we got there the first night they were crawling out from under the base boards, up the walls and around all of the rooms. You could not walk on the floor without stepping on them. Vacasa management was great and worked to get our rate reduced since there were no other properties available on the holiday weekend. VRBO had terrible customer service. After an hour sending them pictures and videos so they could verify the issue they agreed there was a termite problem. Then they told me there was nothing they could do and I could only go through the property manager. Again, thanks to Vacasa for stepping up and dealing with this when VRBO would not.

#### Fantastic House!

We arrived and the house was in excellent condition. We did find a couple of the dining chairs were a little wobbly. The rooms were very comfortable with the king sized beds. The location was very convenient to all the places we visited. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

#### Dirty and needs work and bothered my people looking for Mike

The only thing that gets a great rating is the location and size of the house. We rent from VRBO often and in Rockport - this house for the price we were charged was NOT WORTH the price. We stayed there a week - check-in was easy BUT there were no guidelines about trash pick up or anything like that. Two of the three bedrooms has holes in the walls and when looking back at other reviews it appears that this was mentioned months ago as well. There was something all over the ceiling in the front small bedroom and that room stayed VERY HOT. The house was not clean when we arrived like it should be in a pandemic. The floors were dirty. (I have pictures of the dirt in the floor in the bathroom). We were bothered at least 5 or 6 times with people banging on the door looking for Mike ??? The furniture and the window sill and blinds in the living room must have been used as a dog toy - they were all chewed up. The pillows on the couch were gross and dirty. There was no cleaning supplies to clean just daily things (with COVID you would think this would be important), no paper towels, no toilet paper and no laundry soap or dish soap. The only place we found to place our trash was in the bar area in 3 trash cans, but animals got into it at night and the flies were horrible. They picture the outdoor bar area as a really neat amenity but it was dirty and had stuff stacked in it. We had to screw the door knob that has the lock box on it back into the door - it was falling off. DO NOT use the ceiling fan in the front small bedroom either - it was about to fall off the ceiling when it was turned on. When we got there the dishwasher smelled like sewer, someone had left it with dirty water in the bottom of it. I have pictures of the stuff I mentioned but it would not let me post them.

When we got here the manager asked me to give her 10 minutes after check in time because they did not have sheets for the beds. The housekeepers were waiting outside with about 8 bags of trash. They said tjey were waiting on sheets and said "this ain't our fault". Vacasa sent me and text message that I could not do early check in because they wanted to make sure the house was extremely clean due to covid. The housekeeper had to come back and take the wet towels they left in the washer. There was a full trash can from the guest before us, the dishes in the dishwasher were dirty, they left a huge pile of trash in the little "cool bar" they have outside that they advertise as an amenity so we were unable to use it and it made the yard smell really bad. I have pictures off all of this. Then they expect us to leave a load of clothes washing and start the dishwasher. I'm starting to feel like this place was not cleaned at all and they just leave it up to the people before to clean up after themselves.

We had to live with flies drawn in by all the trash left by the previous guests. From our first day the manager kept telling us they would pick it up but it was 4 days later. Unacceptable. Floors were flithy, holes in bdrm walls, all the blinds are broken and many are chewed up by dogs, furniture and window seals chewed up. These are the biggest issues, I have more if anyone's interested.

This was a fantastic vrbo! Nice large living area and bedrooms. The bathrooms were beautiful! The patio area was absolutely perfect for dinner outside.
