There was damage that wasn’t properly fixed before we got there. Looked like someone tried to kick in the second room. The back door glass was broken. The screen was off one of the windows. The drop in liner in the master bathroom had a crack. It took the dryer to be ran three times to dry the towels. We did contact the business that owns the house. After messaging back and forth with several different people we were able to send the pics of the damage. I feel that the damage was ignored or just “fixed” enough. Other than that, it was clean and the neighborhood was nice. The pool you have to walk to. We were under the impression it was right there by the house. Not many dishes there to cook with. When we set up our rental it was with an actual person. I guess they were bought out by a company. I’d rather rent from a person and not a company.
