Plenty of bathroom space and closets. Small balcony opens to nice view of the canal. Access to the boat docks is only available through the pool area which is a bit of a hassle. Boat dock is marked with the unit number and a boat launch in the neighborhood is minutes away. Parking is adequate with one reserved space and plenty of available guest parking in the lot and on the street. TV in one bedroom was not working. Kitchen is adequately stocked with pots & pans, plates and glasses, and flatware. There is a Large dining table, but some of the other furniture is dated.
