The pool and hot tub were both clean and well-maintained. Quiet hours were respected, which made for peaceful evenings, and the on-site security was friendly and helpful. The pool being covered at night felt safe and thoughtful. The AC worked well, and parking was super easy.Unfortunately, the stay was overshadowed by a few major issues. When we opened the pull-out bed, we found a live large roach inside. The host took a long time to respond and wasn’t able to offer a solution. The only solution was “request new sheets at the front.” We spotted more large roaches the following night, which was really unsettling. The pull-out mattress itself was also extremely uncomfortable.
