AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. MAIN LIVING SPACE: The open-concept space combines kitchen, dining, and den, creating a comfortable place to return after beach or pool time. A beachy, all-white sofa faces a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV, while a daybed under the window offers room for guests to watch a movie or stay the night. Beach Zen is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Beach Zen the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. We were there for the sandcastle competition weekend. A golf cart is a must! Check in was easy and staff is very friendly. The inside of the condo was clean, but the hallway getting to it was not. There was a dead roach, cigarette butt, and clumps of hair that were in the hallway the four days of of stay. There needs to be a light inside the closet and the dining table was wobbly. This was our 2nd stay at Cinnamon Shore.
