Welcome to "Talk to the Sand," your perfect beachfront retreat nestled in the charming community of Sunrise Beach. This beautifully designed home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, thoughtfully decorated in soothing coastal hues of turquoise and blue, with bright white shiplap walls that create a serene atmosphere.  
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open concept floor plan that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The inviting living room boasts a comfortable sectional sofa, which conveniently folds out into a queen sleeper for extra guests, along with a cozy side chair and a TV—ideal for movie nights with family and friends. The dining table comfortably seats six, while the kitchen bar provides additional seating for three, making it perfect for entertaining.  
The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances and ample prep space for all your culinary adventures. A stackable washer and dryer add convenience to your stay.  
All three bedrooms and full baths are conveniently located on the same level, ensuring easy access for everyone. The master suite features its own ensuite bath, providing a private oasis for relaxation.  
Step outside to discover parking for two vehicles, a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking, an outdoor dining table for al fresco meals, and a half bath for convenience. Your stay also includes a six-passenger golf cart, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings.  
As part of this vibrant community, you can enjoy a shared pool, a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, and an upcoming pickleball court for some fun in the sun.
