Enjoy perfect pool and ocean views from this 1BR/1BA second floor condo at the beachfront Mayan Princess Resort! Walk just steps to the beach via a dedicated boardwalk or soak up the sun in three shared lagoon style pools. Enjoy other amenities during your stay, including indoor ping pong, sand or water volleyball, and horseshoes. Interior highlights include an in-unit washer/dryer, an upgraded kitchen, and a magnificent master en-suite. Just a 9 minute drive north or south you will find convenient amenities and discerning dining options in Port Aransas or Corpus Christi. Mustang Island State Park is just 3.8 miles away.

Living Area

Soak up the morning sun via massive oceanfront windows or lounge on a queen size sofa bed/sectional couch while watching your favorite shows from a Roku 65” cable television. All of your culinary needs will be met in this gorgeous kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite/olive granite counter tops/breakfast bar, extra deep stainless sink with master chef faucet. Primary En-suite

This second floor condo sleeps up to four guests between the king bed in the master, built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed, or queen sleeper sofa in the living area. This was a great place to stay on Mustang Island/Port Aransas. The accommodations were great for what we needed. Perfect for a couple or family with 2 young children who are ok with bunk beds in living room. We thought the shower and tub area was cool- there are 2 steps in and the shower is in the big tub- but as long as people know that before hand it’s great. The balcony was great also potentially for guests as it has a sitting bar height area overlooking the pool and ocean. The front desk ladies were so nice and helpful. We loved it! Would stay here again.

This condo would be good for a couple and not for a family of four. The advertised bunk beds—couldn’t use the top bunk because the ladder isn’t secure to the bed which meant one child slept with us. The other endured the springs from the mattress in their back (literally could feel the springs with your hands). The shower/tub in this property is deadly. The most awkward thing I’ve ever seen. You have to climb up into a huge tub, circle around down into it. So difficult with kids and thankfully no one fell but could see how that could happen. Just bizarre. The washer/dryer in the unit—you can’t wash and dry a load at the same time. Super frustrating. And the washer barely fit two towels along with the dryer taking at least 1 hour to dry two towels. The positive-beautiful view of the pool. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. With a bit of updating, this would be a great condo.

The condo was spacious and airy and very nicely and comfortably furnished. It was spotless on our arrival. The kitchen was modern and a good size. The pools were great, good beach access and loved the cleaning station when returning from the beach! The on-site staff were great and very helpful. The property management was very good.

Clean facility with beautiful ocean view and short walk to the beach. Friendly staff. Owner was very helpful. Only had a minor problem with having to change our key entry code number and the hot water was very slow for showers.

Overall, it was a great stay. But, the condo could have been a little cleaner and supplies better stocked (we had to ask for replenishments a few times). Plus, we had some leaks during a heavy rainstorm. We were told this was because the unit above us had new windows not sealed properly, resulting in the balcony above leaking down. They were going to fix it right away, so hopefully it was a once-off situation.

This was a cozy condo with a great view of the ocean and pools. The kitchen was well equipped and the staff/workers were all friendly and helpful. We were surprised to find that there was no separate shower. You had to crawl in the jacuzzi tub to access the shower so it's not handicap accessible. It was a challenge for the new hip replacement patient as there is only one grab bar. The pillows were hard foam and the sheets need to be replaced with some higher quality linens. Luckily there is an elevator and it's easy to get to the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful place and the excellent restaurants in the area.

Nice place for relaxing for 2 people the views and pools were great the beach is clean and you can walk for miles If we had any other people with us the bathroom would have been a problem otherwise loved it
