Wonderful stay for the whole family

This place was perfect for the whole family which included my wheelchair bound Dad and two husky brothers. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay somewhere super close to the beach

Cute and quiet

We enjoyed our stay, the pool definitely didn’t feel heated which would have been nice to be able to enjoy in the evening. Close to the mainland and to the beach. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Would have been nice to have basic spices for cooking but the grocery store was close by.

2 weeks cancellation minimum. Family emergency happened and they still will stick to their policy. We were charged the full amount of the stay. Minus the small cleaning fee.

This townhouse has everything you could possibly need for a stay on Padre Island. It's very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for alot of people. The pool and playground is great fun!

Nice place

The vacation rental was clean and comfy overall. The air was super cold in the whole house expect the down stairs bedroom. We did have some water pressure problems in the kitchen sink, the down stairs bathroom, and the upstairs bedroom with the queen beds but it was not horrible just a little low. Sound does travel between the units but it is not super bad or anything. Management was very quick to answer for when we had problem with the fridge not getting cold and it was fixed and cooling by morning after the day we got there. It’s not that far from the water or the stores. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay

We had a total of 11 people in our party. Our unit was perfect for our group. The unit was very clean and check in was extremely easy. I would have liked to seen the units better supplied with items such as out side chairs on the back patio. (We had none) and a few kitchen items such as a can opener and a few more larger pots. But over all we made do with what we had. I will say this unit diffently needs a new couch.. This one is completly wore out. My mom went to set down and feel back into it and hit the boards on the botton..and no shes not a large woman. The beds we amazingly comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return soon.. Padre Escapes was excellent and always responsive. The unit was dirty when we arrived. Stairway carpet and couch was filthy. Kitchen supplies were not sufficient. Furniture was space. Would not stay in this unit again. Other condos are much nicer.

Vacation house

we enjoyed our staying at the house, so nice and big, down falls were you could hear your neighbors close doors and go up and down the stairs. Mosquitoes were like flies in the house and always around and the floors needed a good mopping but other then that it was a wonderful time. Oh ans the house stayed nice and cold.

Exactly what we needed

Rooms were great sized. Plenty of room for 5 adults and a child. Probably fit another 2-3 people comfortably. The shower in the bedroom with 2 queen beds had a water pressure issue but that was our only problem the entire trip. Would definitely book again in the future. If we had a room right by the pool, probably wouldn’t spend much time at the beach!

Fun property

this was a great property. But needs a couple minor tweaks. Parking was too tight between cars to load/unload, and no easy parking for a third vehicle. The pool area was beautiful, but pool water was very dirty. But, overall, a great stay, and very close to the beach.
