However, we were able to hear our neighbors throughout the night. The back door was difficult to close. The AC was extremely cold in one of the upstairs rooms, and rest of townhouse was not as cool. I had to carry my disabled daughter up and down the stairs to take showers. A/c does not work in the bottom front room. The ventilation is bad, you will wake up sweating. The rest of the rooms were ice cold. I have stayed in many of these rentals at this same location and none as bad as this one. I did not feel the need to call and complain, we made it work. Check in was rough, I was guaranteed 4pm check I'm, didn't get to check in till 4:45pm.Some dishes were dirty which was crazy because we got a late check in because they were cleaning. The roll outs beds had urine stains and they caved in when you laid down. Then on our last night the A/C goes out for about an hour in the middle of night.
