Ocean Getaway SIV22 is a 2nd floor, 1 bedroom 1 bath condo, located in the heart of Port Aransas! This pet friendly condo offers fabulous views and sea breezes from the balcony! Sorry, no elevator access. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. Sea Isle Village is a wonderful community complete with an oversized pool, sports court and playground area for the kids. There is centrally located, direct beach access. There is parking allowed for only ONE vehicle at this unit. If you are to rent a golf cart, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass from them. Parking passes are required. But, there was a layer of dirt and dust on all of the floor trim, on the light fixtures, on the bathroom vent, and across the top of the wall trim. To the eye upon arrival the unit looked clean, however the floor were still very sandy.Very easy check out procedures. Loved the large deck and the ocean views. Property management was very friendly and responsive. Nice big sunny window in the bedroom. Everything was as described, and the check in process was very easy (stopped by a property office down the road for key code). Our only comment is that the bed is very squeaky- it would be great if this could be replaced, and we had seen this in prior reviews. Overall, a simple and easy place for a beach weekend. ##### Michelle S. The place was clean but there was an ant problem in the kitchen . If you left anything out with the hour there were ants all over. Colder outside temps seemed to help, however property really needs a water filtering system to remove harsh smell. Likely perfectly safe to use “if” you can get past the smell. Otherwise - we would recommend this location. ##### George C.
