To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.  
  
Please note: This residence is not located in an area where golf carts can be used to access the bay side of Highway 361. Local laws strictly prohibit crossing Highway 361 by golf cart, and violators may be subject to fines.

Great location with a short walk to the beach. The unit was very clean and well looked after and even came with lots of beach toys, chairs, etc. Would highly recommend staying here ! We'll be back for sure!

This property was very poorly run. We rent from VRBO every summer and have never had such terrible service. The outdoor deck furniture was unusable, falling apart and covered in tar and black mold. Pieces of wicker furniture inside (twin bedroom and master bath) were so full of mildew that they filled the whole room with a moldy smell. Two out of the three bathrooms had empty shower gel containers in the shower, and the hand soaps in two of the bathrooms had been refilled with water. Inexcusable! And despite this being advertised as a beach property, beach towels were not provided. I reached out to management about this, and they were not only unhelpful but also patronizing. The location was lovely and the place was nice enough, but the management of this property is terrible!!!

This place was great for our quick family trip. Short and easy walk to the beach and they had chairs/ boogie boards for us to use as well. We would definitely stay here again.

#### Name of property was confusing

Reservation was under the property name of Playa Azul. When my family and I arrived there was NO signs with this name. We finally discovered that the Grand Carribian and Playa Azul was the same property. At night you can not find this place because there is NO lights or sign with the name of property to indicate you have arrived to the correct place. Beach access was nice and easy and the pool was nice and clean.

#### Exactly what we needed

We were in town for our son's TAMUCC graduation and came a week early to have time together before the craziness of celebrating! The location was perfect. Not very crowded at the condos or on the beach. Weather was perfect. The first night there, the air wasn't working but we txtd the moment we woke up the next day and there was someone there within 2 hours. The condo was perfect for our family. No complaints!

#### Quiet, clean, & a short walk to the beach

This was the 4th time my family and I have stayed at a Grand Caribbean condo. We love the location! We stayed there during spring break and there were no partygoers staying there. Our condo was very nice, well stocked and very clean. It’s family oriented and therefore quiet. We loved the 4th floor because we could see the ocean.

We had a great week in this unit. It was comfortable and very well stocked. The pictures accurately portray the unit. Great view! Only complaint was the king mattress really needs to be replaced. Huge hump in the middle. One of our friends was disappointed that the property was totally non-smoking. But still a great visit!

#### We didn’t want to leave!

The condo is beautifully decorated and so clean and comfortable! Our view of the ocean mesmerized us for hours. We came during Spring Break but, the condo is just far enough out of town that we had plenty of room to set up and enjoy the beach! We will be back soon!

#### Thanksgiving Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Location was close to Port A and the proximity to the beach was great! We would definitely stay again! Though want to mention a few items need fixing. The right front burner of the stove was not working. The garbage disposal did not work and the night light in the hall and bathroom did not work. The mattresses could also use toppers or be replaced.

#### Awesome Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Plaza Azul. The condo was much roomier than I had expected! The view from the living room and patio was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were lots of beach items to use already in the home. The AC worked well, and the place was nice and clean. We had a great trip!

#### Perfect getaway

We loved everything about the condo! It is clean, nicely decorated, and has plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking. The view is simply stunning and the property manager always responded quickly to any of my questions. Only thing that could have been better is that the balcony door in the master bedroom wouldn’t open and at the pool the gate wouldn’t open for us to get out even with the code. I’d definitely stay there again though!!

The space was really large and perfect for our family. In general, everything was clean. We had a bit of a problem getting in with the code they sent but we got it resolved. I know how important five start reviews are so I didn't want to ding for that. Also, there wasn't coffee and it wasn't listed as something we would need to bring. Not a big deal. Lastly, the boardwalk was closed due to the tropical storm a couple weeks ago knocking out sand from underneath it and creating instability. We just used the one next door although they might not have been thrilled with that. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. The view of the water was incredible which was one of my goals for the trip. I thought I read that we would need to bring all the beach stuff -- which we did -- but this condo was fully stocked with everything we needed (except coffee ;)) even though we didn't use it.

#### Fantastic Spot!

Listing is just as advertised with plenty of space and a spectacular view! Loads of extra stuff for the beach including chairs and boogie boards. The kids loved the pool! Everyone enjoyed the private walk to the beach. My only recommendation is to bring a sharp knife if you will be cooking in the spacious kitchen. We showed up an hour early, so our parking passes weren't in the unit yet, but the host was quick to respond to a message and had parking passes to us shortly. Both kids and adults asked me to book this place again next year for our annual beach trip! If you want a place that is quiet and close to the beach, I recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our trip staying at this condo. Very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Stunning view of ocean from condo living room and balcony. Totally enjoyed our stay here. Only one thing we noticed is water pressure in the bathroom showers is low.
