Nice, small back patio sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee. There were events at the pool, karaoke and s’mores. We played in the game room for over an hour, loved it. Short drive to Balli Park for beach time and close proximity to the Island Market. Definitely a property that we would consider buying a townhome in. ##### Mindi P. The pool was pretty crowded during our July stay but we enjoyed to upper outdoor deck of the yacht club and the lovely cool breeze. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach and wonderful local eats. The house was very clean, had plenty of towels, wifi, coffee pot (single serve and traditional), and televisions in all the rooms.
