It was ideal for grandparents, grown children, and their infant to lounge in the living room, yet retreat to the bedrooms for quiet time. The pool was just right for families with a 1-foot deep kiddie area adjoining the deeper section. It was a nice feature because the surf on the Island was choppy and murky this year. --Although we never encountered management, we did get to speak briefly with the strolling security guard, a nice guy who made his rounds all night, making us feel better about leaving some of our gear in the back of the truck. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo claims to clean the place for each arrival. However, the floor felt sandy. I got the vacuum clean and vacuumed the whole place as best I could, as the vacuum cleaner wasn't suctioning very well. Also, as I went to shower in the hallway bathroom, the shower head came loose and sprayed water everywhere, had to put it back on and tighten it. We liked that this condo was in close proximity to the beach and enjoyed the pool. The pool was perfect for the whole family. From 5 to 46 years of age and we all enjoyed this place. The water pressure in showers were not the greatest but they worked.
