At We Shell Sea the living area has a coastal décor and is very spacious offering an ample seating area for guests. The second floor is the main floor for entertaining and sleeping. The flat-screen TV is in the living room for guests' enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig, all cooking supplies, and utensils for the perfect meal! The dining area offers seating for 8 or you can have a seat at the breakfast bar for an additional seating for 5. The master bedroom (BR1) offers a plush queen-sized bed with a private ensuite bath. The second master suite (BR2) offers a plush queen size bed, with a private ensuite bath. The third guest bedroom (BR3) offers a Queen bed. Sip your morning coffee on the back balcony while taking in the Gulf views. The additional two bedrooms are located in the downstairs apartment with a DETACHED entrance. The downstairs apartment offers a kitchenette, living, and dining area. The living area offers a daybed with a twin trundle to maximize sleeping. Relax and watch your favorite shows on the HD flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom downstairs (BR4) offers a queen size bed. The fifth bedroom downstairs (BR5) offers two twin beds. Both bedrooms share a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower. All the bedrooms are spacious and offer comfortable mattresses so guests can feel at home. We Shell Sea offers Wi-Fi and there is a washer and dryer on the second level of the home for the guests to use during their stay. Take a quick 3-minute stroll to the private neighborhood boardwalk to the Texas Gulf Coast so that you can soak up some sun and fun. Rinse the sand off when you arrive back at your home with the outdoor shower or take a dip in the pool across the street in the shared pool.
