With 3BR/2.5BA, sleeping 10, in 1400+ sq. ft., this newly built, well furnished detached condo is steps from the community pool and offers 2 designated parking spots near your door. A Crazy Beach is perfect for those who enjoy the beaching, dining, live music, shopping and entertaining in Old Town! No Smoking/Pets considered. COPASTR: 381-885 A Crazy Beach is in the Mercer Village community on Oleander, which is 1 block west of Alister St. This community is newly built in 2021\. Still an easy drive (within 5 min) to the beach, but in the heartbeat of Old Town with some of the best food, excellent shopping, live music, entertainment and more - A Crazy Beach checks all of the boxes! Arriving at A Crazy Beach is really easy with 2 designated parking spots on the side of the house. Enjoy the beautiful front porch and enter into a spacious living room with a large TV and comfy couches! This open concept floor plan also offers a dining space, chef's kitchen and kitchen island - this area is perfect for entertaining, meals together, and/or planning your beach/fishing day ahead! The kitchen is well stocked for all of your prepping, cooking, serving and dining needs. And, this kitchen is gorgeous with all of the coastal finishes! Also on the main floor is a half bath, laundry room with a washer and dryer for guest use, and a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
