Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoy the convince! Close to all the beaches! My condo has a fishing dock and two swimming pools (one outside by the canal and a second heated indoor pool). Bring your water toys, fishing gear, And have fun! King bedroom overlooking the marina, pool, and wide canal view. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Sofa beds in the living room. A fully updated kitchen and bathroom. More pics are coming:) The space Our home has the greatest view of widest canal on the north padre island. Easy to the Packary Cannel for fishing boats. Conveniently located to all kinds of restaurants, bars and shopping. Mustang island beach is only a bridge over. The posting is correct in that this place is located very centrally to beaches and dining, and has some great amenities (the two pools, the view of the canal, etc.). There were some surprises for us though. The unit is quite small, especially the bathrooms. The mirrors make the pictures look like it's bigger than it is. Not a big problem, but can make a stay as a family difficult, and make it more suitable for couples. This unit can get quite warm due to single pane glass, and wasn't as clean as we'd hoped (dust on many things, dishes left in dishwasher from previous stay). The Property check-in email noted that trailers are not allowed on property. You can put it at the Marina (we couldn't find it) for $10/night; however the Marina does not open until 5:30\. Additionally, my Ford F-150 would not fit in the parking garages. Because we got there after the office closed and we were leaving at 5:00 AM the next morning, I unhooked my trailer and put it in the outdoor parking spot beside my truck. It worked on a weekday, but think summer or weekend would be very tough to do. Property was very nice, but I won't return because of the parking issue. ##### James S.
