With comfortable bedrooms, an elevator, and essential amenities, this home is the ultimate seaside escape. AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ enjoy resort-style amenities like the Cabana and Splish Splash Family Pool, both with infinity edges, and the Neighborly Square Pool. Explore green spaces like Tailwind and South Shore Park, stroll the boardwalks around South Town and Leisure Lake, or fish from the community pier. You’ll also find pickleball and basketball courts, a playscape, and access to additional amenities at Cinnamon Shore North, including pools, a fitness center, restaurants, and the lively Town Center. MAIN LIVING SPACE: Relax in an airy space beneath vaulted ceilings, where white shiplap and turquoise walls create a fresh, inviting atmosphere. Plush seating in the living room offers comfort, with window-lined nooks at either end of the space, both featuring a round dining table for six. A kitchen island with seating for five is perfect for casual meals. The kitchen shines with marbleized countertops, a drop-in sink, ample storage, and high-end appliances, making it a delight for any home chef.
