A 3-minute stroll down the road leads you to direct beach access, making this a prime choice for groups looking to enjoy the sand and sun. Boots & Beaches: Step into the laid-back elegance of Boots and Beaches. Inside, natural light floods the open main area, where the living room beckons with comfy seating, a fireplace, and an entertainment setup for cinematic nights. The dining table welcomes eight, while the fully-equipped kitchen and additional barstool seating cater to your at-home culinary whims. The private backyard paradise features a refreshing pool, poolside seating, and an al fresco dining area with a propane grill. Gather around the fire pit as evening falls and catch the Port A sunsets and ocean views from the upper balcony overlooking the pool area. The fenced backyard ensures both privacy and security.
