Welcome to El Constante 112, your perfect beachfront complex escape! Nestled in a prime location, this charming, ground-level condo invites families & guests to experience the ultimate retreat. Step into a bright and airy open-concept living space featuring a well-equipped kitchen ideal for family meals & relaxation.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio as you take in the views or unwind in the luxurious heated saltwater pool and hot tub. The master bedroom offers a plush king-size bed and the the living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa. The bathroom has been newly remodel in December 2024 to a gorgeous walk in shower.

Perfectly situated for easy beach access and close to local attractions, El Constante 112 offers a welcoming haven for your next vacation.

EL CONSTANTE COMPLEX FEATURES
-Heated, saltwater swimming pool (heated to a max temp of 86 degrees in winter months)

-Laundry facility on site, $2 for washer and $2 for dryer (Quarter exchange at front office)
-Gazebo with gas grills (Due to our frequent droughts, high winds and burn bans -No other types of BBQ grills, pits, or outdoor cooking equipment is allowed on the premises; including parking lots, patios, or balconies

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS OF 50LBS OR LESS.
-Dog breeds not permitted at El Constante due to HOA guidelines: Pit Bull-type, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Wolf-dog hybrid, or Husky-type (including Siberian).
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

The location was great, walk out the front door and it was just a few steps to the beach. The unit was very clean but it seemed like the walls were a bit thin as we could hear our neighbors with what sounded like they were moving furniture. The pool area was also very nice, with lots odd seating area and a hot tub. Could definitely see us staying here again.

The room appeared clean upon arrival but smelled like fish. The pool looked like it had not been cleaned in a few weeks. Water was murky and had a few bandages floating in it. Also, there must not be much insulation because we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were doing and the party going on outside the bedroom window all night. We left a day early and found a different place to stay. The only thing that was nice is the location. However, the beach area had quite a bit of trash and there was oil washed up on the shore.

The property was what we expected but the parking situation was not good. We were given a blue paper to put on our dashboard to indicate that we could park at the property for the time period we were there. The problem we found was that other guests had parked their golf carts with chairs, ice chests etc in the parking spaces meant for other guests. It was a little frustrating to say the least. We also did not expect to hear every step from the guests staying above our unit. It was loud and constant throughout our stay and we determined that this would not be a place where we would like to stay in the future. The unit itself was clean but it needs a major update for the amount of money that is being asked for rental. The positive was the staff at the front desk...very professional and helpful!

there are only couple of issues wit this place, 1- the pillows on the bedroom are pretty old and uncomfortable reccomend you changing them 2-the sofa sleeper cushion is pretty old and uncomfortable i would reccomend you changing it

For our first time visit to Padre, this location and unit fit the bill. Located on a highly trafficked (trucks cars and campers drive on the beach) entry way to the beach, there was lots of people watching on Labor Day weekend. The unit was fine for what it is - a first floor one bedroom. Don’t expect any views out the windows, but hanging out on the front porch / stoop with coffee or a cocktail and the sound of the surf was enough to calm this weary soul. The pressure in the shower was pretty pitiful, and an outdoor shower or two on the sea wall would be nice for a quick rinse. The kitchen had most of what is needed for basic cooking, with the usual selection of dull knives :-). If you brew coffee, bring your own Mr. Coffee type filters. The pool is nice - as shown in the pictures. All in all, about what you’d expect for a simple no-frills small condo on the beach.

Overall, well pleased with proximity to beach, ease at check in and cleanliness of room. Only thing I wish is more towels for family of four, chairs outside unit were not available (as other units all had and were depicted in ad for unit), fans could not be adjusted in master bedroom and last, refrigerator did not work for first 12-18 hours. Also, AC unit was not adjustable and it was warm at night. Hard to find dumpsters to take our trash out. Still looking for them as we prepare to leave. We are still happy with the stay and the fact we could bring our dog was a plus. We will be back and try a front Facing beach unit.

Great location on the island, very nice pool, comfortable master bedroom bed, it had everything we needed. We would certainly stay here again. It is about as close to a waterfront condo as you can get without being classified as direct waterfront. The Gulf is only steps away and is visible from the front door patio furniture. As a recommendation to the owners, as condo owners ourselves, we know how difficult it is to find a sleeper sofa that is comfortable. It might be time to consider replacing this one. The steel structure under the mattress is feel able with an adult laying on the mattress and does make it difficult to sleep. While it is likely used by children who weigh less in most cases, I'd replace it. But you have a very nice condo at a very fair price. Thanks!

Loved our stay. Everything was perfect. Great location. So close to the beach!

The location was great! You can’t beat being able to walk out and see the ocean from the porch. The place is outdated. The pull out sofa is not the most comfortable and the bed is also not comfortable. The comforter and pillow cases on the bed were yellow and could tell had not been washed in awhile. The comforter had a blood stain on the top corner, so that was disgusting. There were two light bulbs burnt out in the bathroom also. I don’t expect much in a place, especially at the beach but having blood on the comforter was just too much. Again it’s a great location, the cleaning crew just needs to do exactly that and wash things. And change the lightbulbs.
