    This condo is located in the Sea Breeze Condo Complex on the 3rd floor overlooking the incredible pool area complete with a hot tub and outdoor shower. Beautiful views of sunrise, palm trees, and scenic landscaping. You're only 0.5 miles away from Port Aransas Beach and the South Jetty. 1 King bed and a stand-alone shower. Ideal for a couple who want a special beach getaway, with everything you need to prepare meals in this property. (*No dishwasher) Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

    No pets are allowed, and no smoking inside the property. Laundry facility on-premises. Elevator access.

Great place!

Older property, but less expensive than others we looked at. Room was cute, clean, well-maintained, and cozy. Very close to the beach, easy check in/out. Sparkling, clear blue pool with hot tub, provides a clean break from ocean swimming. We would gladly return for future stays!

Very Pleasant!

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our 3 days. Balcony was wonderful for relaxing. Close to beach. Would definitely rent again.

Dirty wash cloth was still hanging over shower curtain rod stuff under toilet seat when lifted whole unit just needed updating. Tv too small. And to top everything off myself and 12 year old child we’re stuck in the elevator for 25 minutes. Nobody apologized all the man from the property asked was did the call button work inside the elevator fire department had to get us out

Great location!

Our stay was terrific and would totally stay again. The only "little" thing was that it was a bit chilly and the hot tub was not "hot" never got a response on how to correct the problem. Other than that, it was very comfortable and had everything you need for a beach get away, and again great location.

The other thing was the internet locked up about every 40 minutes so you had to do a power reset. The railing on the porch was in very bad condition. I would not consider it safe.

Reviewer Comments: other than we failed to notice that this condo is on the third floor and the lift does not function, once we had got our bags in it was a really well appointed Condo for a couple. Plenty of kitchen equipment for eating in, loads of towels, free laundry facility. All made it a good place. The condo itself needs outside decorating , inside there was a loose kitchen cupboard door, the bathroom tap needed replacing properly but did work! and other than the corners it was well cleaned. The balcony is a bonus with a view over the beautiful pool area. It would be even better with a small table. The Management company were helpful. Our overall experience was good, we love this area for the bird watching in Spring and Autumn.Port Aransas is getting itself back together after the hurricane last year and it was good to see so many new restaurants and houses being built. So as long as you can get up the stairs, are a bathroom sharing couple and ignore the tatty outside of the building, it is great!!

My husband was able to get some fishing in too. I would be happy to stay here again and again. We've been coming to the Sea Breeze suites for years and never disappointed.

Wonderful experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Securing the condo was very easy and the staff at check-in was very nice, excellent customer service. It was close to the beach but we rented a golf cart at a discounted rate thru Life in Paradise. Property was very clean. Very nice pool and hot tub. The grill on the AC unit on the balcony was missing but view of the pool was nice. The toilet continued to run after we added water to the tank but closed the bathroom door so we wouldn't hear it all night. A few of the wall lights were out, probably needed new bulbs. Mattresses had dips from use and need to be rotated but we slept decent on them. Very clean kitchen and bathroom. This unit is on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order but we didn't mind climbing stairs. I appreciated the nice touch of the golf cart waiting for us but it was a little frustrating that we had to wait for the key to operate it. We really liked the keyless entry to the condo. We really enjoyed our stay here and will again in the future. Highly recommend Seabreeze.

It’s at a perfect location with eateries and the beach within walking distance. The parking situation got to be difficult with a lot of spaces being occupied with golf carts, but that was only on Saturday. Otherwise, great place! Will definitely stay again.
