Stayed for the weekend trip with my family. Overall it is good place to stay. Few things: rooms were not clean enough and it was dusty, windows were dirty. We asked to get a room from 2nd floor but told that upper floors were prioritized for Hilton honor members and since we booked it from Expedia, that request was neglected.

A few details that need to be fixed. Like one bathroom in our suite was not working. Went to talk to front counter and gentleman told me maintenance was gone for the day and offered me a plunger to see if i could fix the issue. The light in one room wouldn't turn on and fan wouldn't turn off.

We loved that it was close to everything thing we didn't like that there was no extra blankets or towels when we ask for some plus the breakfast was great but once the gravy was done no one brought out anymore But it ended at 10 and it was 9 when we went to eat

Staff was friendly, but the floor in my room was filthy, could not walk barefoot. Room felt stuffy, and I was charged $100 extra for having my pets. Pet fee is not made clear upon booking. Minimal food was made for breakfast, people left without eating. Pool did not work upon arrival. Staff was friendly, but I will not be retiring here.

I stayed here for 4 days while on business. It was a very windy day when I checked in, and you could hear the wind coming in thru the windows and out the door. There seemed to be only lukewarm water available. They might need more water heaters. Did not get a hot shower while there. TVs are very outdated. Not even 720 HD, and very few channels to watch Carpet in room needs cleaned. Was sticky so always had to wear shoes or socks. Front staff was unable to give me coffee for the room. Also for the 4 days there was no room service and I was working during the day to get coffee from them. Toilet was not secured and rocked a little. Water pressure from sink was low. Better pressure in kitchen Next time in town, I'll be staying elsewhere.

Do not stay here!
We reserved a 2 room suite for our family of 5, months ahead of time. When we arrived we were told they have rented our 2 room suite to someone else during our stay. So we were given 2 small rooms down the hall from each other. This isn't very convenient when traveling with 3 children. (After reading other reviews I wonder if this 2 room suite even exists.) We also had roaches in the kitchen, someone previous had left clothes on the chair, no hot water in the bathroom sink, the kitchen sink leaked right through the drain and into the cabinet then onto the floor. Not a single ice machine in the building worked. The hot tub was broken, the exercise room was being remodeled and only had 1 non working treadmill and a bike that required internet to use. As you can guess the internet was so slow it couldn't connect to the bike to be able to use that. Also the noise from a group of dock workers having a party every night was not very fun, but did the staff ask the party to quiet down. On the bright side free beer and wine on Wednesday nights.

The hotel staff was ok but booked me for a king room and then gave us a full size bed. When we questioned it we were told that’s all they had because renovations so we could take it or we could go and look for another room

Sadly they were renovating & they shut down the water on Saturday from 9am-2pm. Also when I checked in & went to the room, the room was filthy & extremely dirty!! & an unexpected charge of $10 the night for parking, there was not even a security guard on site!!!

It’s ok
Well, it was ok, the hotel it’s nice and the service was really good, nice people everywhere, the only thing is that when I look for a hotel one of the main things I check for is the hot tub, since I really need to relax and have a good time in it, and it look that it’s been out of service for long time, and the other thing that was annoying is that I had to go back to the front desk to re program my keys since they stopped working twice, but pretty much we had a good time!!

Not was I was expecting for $200 a night !
The room was not properly clean , nor the stove and the refrigerator was dirty from the outside ! I understand short staff but it could of been cleaner.

Our stay was good! Just didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t told we had to pay for parking and we got charged afterwards. I wish I was told earlier and during the time of booking. No reason to pay for parking there too. I would understand if busy area but it’s not!!

After 1 hour and 30 min of waiting for my room, they still said there's a still another 30 min wait. This place is just not good for ur vacations. We drove 4 hours to come on vacation and waited for nothing. Unacceptable!! Plus their excuses were someone just quit 🙄 that ain't my business. Plus this is the only hotel that make you pay a parking fee like whyyy?

Bed wasn’t even made when we got to the room and they wouldn’t make the beds. We rented a room to sleep 7. And wouldn’t sleep 7. They didn’t have enough towels or blanket for everyone even when I was only asking for 4. Couldn’t supply that. I requested a roll away since the room couldn’t sleep 7 since they said it could and they said they would have it to our room and never got it so we bought a blow up bed. Stove was a joke. Rented that room so we could save money on eating and couldn’t use the area. Location is awesome to everything we were doing.

Quick family getaway stay
Over all good experience. We stayed in the double Queen bed room with the separate living area and the sofa bed. Small kitchen also included with large fridge and small stove. The front staff was helpful however there was nobody ever at the front (even during regular day time hours). We had to always ring the bell for towels or to make our payment. We didn’t eat breakfast there but they provided a free variety of options (eggs, bacon, sausage, coffee, etc.) One last thing that they may want to fix is the big hotel sign in the front. I am not sure it’s under remodel but regardless is an eye sore.
