"This place is quaint clean and quiet. The grounds are kept exceptionally nice. There is an excellent place for breakfast just a walk across the street. Very centrally located to everything Cape Cod. Walk behind unit number 7 to see the goats. "

"The home was clean and spacious for our family. Restaurants and grocery stores were very close. Access to a beach was within minutes. The back yard was a perfect spot for hanging out in nice weather. The ONLY negative thing was that there was no heat in the basement where my son wanted to sleep. A space heater would have been a nice addition. But that’s not enough really to complain about. It wasn’t freezing down there."

"The house was great. A couple of issues with the toilets, but managed them and Vacasa promised to remedy for future renters. Location was ideal (close to Grumpy’s for breakfast!) and plenty of room. Pool and hot tub would have been really nice had the weather been warmer. All in all very pleased."

"The place was very clean and was very comfortable. We did have a problem with the locked closet where the washer and dryer was. The combination that we were given did not work . It would also had been nice to have Cable. If we had not brought our connecting cable we would not have been able to watch TV. Maybe have a HDMI to USB-C cable available would help future guests. All in all it was a very nice place to stay and would come back…"

"This house had everything we needed, including plenty of indoor and out space. The outside decks and shower are excellent, and the indoor table, too, allowed us to sit down together for meals. The set up is excellent with two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and another two bedrooms with a bathroom upstairs."

"This house is nice because of the 4 bedrooms. Most homes on the cape are small. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were all a decent size. The one unusual thing is that you need to go through one of the bedrooms (a bunk one) to get to the biggest "master" bedroom. That room had the outdoor exit to the yard. We had a teenager staying in the bunk room so walking through was a little strange or you have to go out into the yard and around to the side entrance to enter the house. The living room is a bit cramped but there is a nice sized kitchen table and porch is also another space to hang out in. The house is also across the street from where Follins Pond is so there is not really direct access to the pond. The street is busy but inside the house is surprisingly quiet. There were window air conditioning units that worked well in all the rooms. The yard is very nice. Has everything you need to sit outside and relax. We brought our dogs. The back and side fences were over 5 foot tall but the front one was 4 foot,so if you have a very athletic dog you might have to keep an eye on them. There were also places where the fence was higher off the ground so if you bring a smaller more agile dog, he might also be able to wiggle underneath if you weren't watching them. Less than 5 minutes away from the grocery store. Starbucks and shopping center. There is a nice park close by to walk your dogs or to go to the playground...Would rent again!"

"The house was just great! Everything that we needed was thought of, beach chairs, towels and buggies.....even lots of kids sand toys which was a lovely touch. The house was spotless, with plenty of room for the kids and the dog! I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a trip to the Cape."

"We had a magnificent week in Dennis. Gorgeous property and perfectly appointed interior. Easy walk down the hill to Dennis village and a very short drive to the Dennis beaches. Kids loved in and we would stay again!"
