« Nous avons réservé une chambre pour une nuit car nous voulions absolument y séjourner vu le cadre mais nous avions eu un contretemps sur notre planning suite à un problème de transport ils n'ont pas voulu faire de remboursement en prétextant qu'ils ne peuvent pas resever à la dernière minute le logement alors que j'ai prévenu 3-4 jours avant. Le site est over booké ils auraient pu le relouer immédiatement. Très déçue du retour alors que cela n'est pas de notre faute. Pas du tout commerçant »

« Villa située hors des spots touristiques. Le staff est tout simplement extraordinaire et grâce à chacun d'eux notre séjour à Terra Nova a été au top. Nous avons rencontré des gens formidables qui ont anticipé chacun de nos besoins, nous ont fait rire et profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Des remerciements à Lyn pour ses délicieux repas ainsi que pour la prise en charge de notre vol retour, aux 3 frères membres d'équipage qui ont pris grand soin de nous, et avec qui nous avons eu des moments...

« In general we had a good stay in Bahala Na Villas. The accomodation was very clean and nice decorated. In addition the stuff was super friendly and the communication super fast and good. The only thing is that the property is a bit far away from the town and the water pressure in the shower too low. We had a good experience. »

« We recently stayed at Diwatu Villas and overall had a really positive experience.When we first arrived, we unfortunately had quite a bit of family noise coming from the suite next to us. It wasn’t ideal, especially since we were there celebrating our anniversary. "Très bien situé en bord de plage ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le personnel très sympathique. Le coucher de soleil est magnifique et le bars propose des tarifs honnêtes. Néanmoins, l'état du bâtiment est usé. Nous avions une chambre très proche de la route principale (ce qui doit être le cas de la très grande majorité des établissements) et c'était assez bruyant. Nous avons check out de nuit pour prendre un avion, il était convenu que je récupère le petit déjeuner mais je n'ai pas trouvé le gardien de nuit ! J'ai envoyé un message demandant un remboursement mais aucune réponse ! Au global, correct mais sans plus."
