One block from Coronado’s “central park.” Two blocks to famous Orange Avenue restaurants, banks, shopping, theater, library and tennis courts. The hosts live on site and were readily available if we needed anything but were not overbearing. Generally quiet, though it does back up to an alley, so there is some noise from that. The location has great access to parks, library and Orange Avenue. The Ferry Landing and Beach are 15-20 minutes away walking. The furniture changed slightly from the pictures when we booked, so there was a little less workspace for remote work than we thought, though we were able to make it work. If you have more than one person that needs a desk and you are planning this for remote work, you will have to get creative to make two spaces if you want a traditional desk / table to work from. Also very conveniently located to the library, which has ample work spaces.
