Guests can take advantage of amenities including disappearing 15 foot living room glass wall exposing the outdoor entertaining area, whole house WiFi, central AC/heating, large rooftop view deck with seating area, firepit and large cantilevered umbrella. The grass front yard fully enclosed with a white picket fence, large gathering and dining space connected to the rear patio entertainment area, modern gourmet kitchen, flat screen TV's in most rooms, Sonos whole house sound system, new washing machine and dryer.
