Located straight down the road from the beach access point & path to the Corolla Light oceanfront complex, this home is the perfect spot for 14 guests seeking a relaxing vacation with resort perks. Bedrooms on each level offer plenty of options for all groups, and there's an additional sleeper sofa on the top level. The open kitchen/living area is bright and airy, letting in the coastal sunshine. Plan your stay today!  
  
The Space:  
Welcome to Laughing Gull Manor! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, this beautiful Corolla home offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable beach getaway. On the top level, you'll find an updated, fully stocked kitchen that opens into a spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and high windows, creating a bright and inviting living area. This floor also includes a cozy ship's watch featuring a TV and a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The master king suite provides an ensuite semi-private full bath, direct access to the deck, and relaxing outdoor furniture, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.  
  
Most of your group will head to the mid level for sleeping. This floor features two queen master suites, each with ensuite semi-private bathrooms and access to a shared deck. Additional sleeping arrangements include a room with two twin beds and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for accommodating the whole family. A laundry area with a washer and dryer is also located on this level, right near the bedrooms.   
  
Outside, guests can enjoy two carports, an outdoor shower, and ample parking for up to six vehicles. The propane grill makes it easy to cook up a family meal after a day at the beach.  
  
The beautifully landscaped Corolla Light resort features a host of daily scheduled activities and amenities for the entire family. With your stay at Laughing Gull Manor, you will enjoy the Oceanfront Complex, complete with the Oceanfront Grille Restaurant, a snack shack, beachfront wait service, three primary pools plus a baby pool, lighted basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, two playgrounds, and a putting green. Corolla Light also features numerous lighted tennis (clay and hardcourt available) and pickleball courts throughout the resort, as well as the northern Outer Banks largest fitness center with a 25-yard pool, hot tub, sauna, free weights, weight machines, cardio equipment, racquetball, wallyball, table tennis, and more.
