New for 2024: The name changed to "What A View in Corolla" (formerly "Terrapin Station"). New Trex top- and mid-level decks. New volleyball court, net, and slate walkway to the volleyball court. New horseshoe pit. New hot tub, fencing, and gates in the private pool area. New deck and patio furniture. New landscaping around the property. Rooftop viewing deck redone for 2024 offering expansive views of the area. Two new sofas, coffee table, and end table in the top-level living room. Two new dishwashers in the top-level kitchen. New pool table in ground-level rec room.  
  
Enjoy your own private pool plus the hot tub and an easy walk to the beach making this location great for your family. Wow! If you need plenty of space to stretch out, this is the perfect destination. The pool has plenty of furniture for lounging and two tables for snacks, drinks, or meals “al fresco”. The hot tub is poolside so you can watch the kids while the stress melts away in the jets. The poolside Tikki bar is where you will be hanging out every day and the cabana half bath is a great addition for kids at the pool. There is even a mini fridge for cool drinks for you! Never worry about the kids being bored here, with a volleyball net, basketball, and horseshoes outside, and we have game central inside! The rooftop deck has great ocean views! The family chef can choose either 2 park grills or the convenient gas grill…what's your preference?  
  
Inside, the game room has a full-size pool table and TV with DVD and Surround Sound. There is a full-size refrigerator for easy drinks and fun by the pool. A landing has a study area if you need to get away for a quiet catch-up for work, or just relax with a book out of the fray for a while. There is a full-size sleeper sofa if you need extra space. Five master bedrooms give adults plenty of privacy or will be great for teens. TVs in all bedrooms are a must and are provided for you at “Terrapin Station”.  
  
The top level is spacious, warm, and inviting! The kitchen has an island/bar, all countertops are granite, and two dishwashers and seating for 4 at the bar. The dining table offers seating for 10, plus the additional turret-style corner room has a table for 6 for meals or games. The living area has a Smart TV and Gas Fireplace. Decks galore here with a wrap-around deck on the mid-level and a partial wrap-around deck on top…you can relax in the breeze in every direction! Another gathering area in the loft has a couple of sofas to relax with your iPad or book.  
  
A beach cart is provided to make the walk to the beach easy for long, lazy days on the beautiful beaches of Corolla!
