### Surf & Turf: Private Saltwater Pool | Hot Tub | Fireplace

Welcome to Surf & Turf, a stunning home located in The Hammocks of The Currituck Club. This calypso model offers over 2,790 square feet of heated living space, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a tower room currently used as a fifth sleeping area with two twin beds and a private full bath.  
  
Recent updates include fresh interior paint, updated appliances, extensive new decking, a new grill, a game room, and a hot tub. The property also boasts a private saltwater pool and a screened porch.   
  
Inside, the spacious top-floor tower room features a Juliette balcony, ocean and sound views, and a full hall bath.  
  
On the main level, you'll find an open kitchen with new appliances, a pantry, a kitchen island that seats four, and a conveniently located half bath. Flowing into a well-lit vaulted great room with an electric fireplace and flat-screen TV. There are also two dining areas: one ideal for larger gatherings and another for casual meals, both with access to the upper-level sun decks. The generous primary ensuite (18 × 15) includes cathedral ceilings, ocean views, direct covered deck access, and a private bath with custom tile, double vanities, a garden tub, and a separate shower. Expansive new decking wraps around three sides of the home across two connected levels, providing the perfect setting to enjoy ocean sunrises and sound side sunsets.  
  
The ground level opens from an inviting front porch into a foyer and includes three additional bedrooms – one connected to a semi-private bath with double vanities – and a full hall bath. A laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is also located on this level. The hallway provides access to the garage/game room and leads directly to the screened porch, which connects to the covered back deck and pool area. This home is situated on one of the highest lots in The Currituck Club.  
  
Spend your days swimming in and sunning around the private pool (12' x 18' L-shape) and using the gas grill for preparing family favorites. Don’t forget to relax in your very own private hot tub at the end of the day!   
  
There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that the garage is utilized as a game room, so no cars can be parked there.  
  
During the summer months, getting to the beach is easy with the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). The nearest trolley stop is just a short walk away and once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear. For a variety of recreation options, head over to the main clubhouse where you'll find a fitness center, outdoor pool with tiki bar, tennis courts, volleyball, shuffleboard and more.
