Beach Dream Inn will accommodate UP TO 10 guests with use of the sleeper sofa. Hot tub will be open throughout the year. Check in and check out will be on Saturday in season. In season reservations must be for a minimum of 7 days. Off season reservations must be for a minimum of 3 days with flexible check in and check out. Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM. Persons making reservations must be 21 years of ago or older and must be present for the duration of the reservation. Note - An additional rental agreement that provides further information regarding house rules and expectations will be sent upon booking for review and signature. Errors in pricing may occur despite every precaution being taken. Very comfortable living space with wonderful connecting decks on each level to enjoy the outside. Walk to the beach was 5 minutes and a short ride to the 4 x 4 beach where you can spend the day and see the wild mustangs without paying for a tour.You do need a 4WD truck or SUV! The hosts are great people. Super responsive with questions or concerns and they have "boots on the ground" management in case you need something! We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal for a family of .8 and had every dish, pot, etc that was needed! There was even a Christmas tree ❤️. Great amenities in the house; anything you would need to cook a full meal; master bed was so comfortable. They had everything you need to go to the beach; minutes away from local attractions. Only thing i wished it wldve had was a broom and dust pan just bc everyone tracked in sand so much. It had a vacuum so that’s what I used , broom wldve been handy. The bedding and towels were clean and decent. The AC is cold appliances up to date. Not much grass in the yard, mostly sandy. Great sidewalks for going back and forth. Plenty of beach supplies chairs etc that we did not have to bring from home was a huge plus. The privacy was second to none being surrounded by trees. The home was very cozy. We stayed in the king bedroom and the bed was so comfortable (this is always important to us because my husband has back issues). The weather was in the low 60s the first few days but we didn’t mind because the pool was heated and so amazing to swim in and the hot tub was perfect! The walk to the beach was short so that was good! We got a pass to drive on the 4x4 beach with our Bronco and saw the wild horses and relaxed watching the ocean. Amber would get back to me really fast whenever I had a question or concern. My only wish was that we had a broom. The vacuum was nice but a broom would have been very helpful when we needed just a quick clean up. Other than that we had everything we needed. This property was perfect for our party of five. Extremely clean. Poolside extremely relaxing and private with the high wooden fences and greenery around the location. A quick five minute walk to the beach and the owners supplied everything you would need. Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a couple of wagon's if needed to tow all your belongings. Owners were quick to answer any questions we had before our stay and even checked in with us a few days in to make sure we had everything we needed. The property made for a memorable stay for our family. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended. ##### Brett D.
