This home offers the longest soundfront pier and non-motorized boat dock on the Outer Banks! Pier Envy is in a prime location with beautiful sunset views. Access to the nearby beach is a mere 8-minute scenic walk away, or drive to the nearby parking lot and only have a 3-minute stroll. Use Corolla Bay Community amenities and play shuffleboard or basketball. The shared picnic area is a perfect place to enjoy lunch with the entire group. Access each level of the home by using the elevator. On the third level is an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. A home-cooked meal is more enjoyable with the entire crew in the spacious dining room this home offers. This roomy living room is perfect for those tranquil evenings after a long day in the sunshine. Find easy access to the third level deck, where you can sip on coffee with a view. From the balcony, enter the comfortable third level En Suite. For convenience, a roomy half-bath is also available on this level. The second level of this stunning home is large enough to house most of your crew. Three King En Suites and one Twin Bunk En Suite are sure to please everyone in the group. Two of the King En Suites and the En Suite with the two Twin Bunk beds have exclusive access to a second level deck. You will find a recreation room with a pool table for those evenings spent at home on the first level. Located off the rec room is access to a half bath. There are 3 camera: One on the roof, looking at pier, one on the doorbell, and one inside the private owner closet. Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.\*\* \*\*Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. The house was not as clean as it should have been on our arrival (we had several small children in our group and there were things like dead bugs all over the low windowsills - we had to go around cleaning up when we first arrived). We also had an issue with the last group's trash not being removed - despite multiple communications with the rental management company, the issue was not resolved for several days causing a lot of flies in the pool area and out front. The second fridge on the bottom floor was also broken for our entire stay, the management company seemed to have no idea until we called and they didn't send someone out to look at it until 2 days later - resulting is us not being able to use the second fridge at all (which wasn't the end of the world, but annoying b/c we had a large group with lots of food/drinks). We also called ahead about getting the pool heated and were told it was cold (in the 60s) and should pay the extra $350 to heat it for the week - which we did. Then upon arrival, the heater was off and the pool was in the 80s - definitely did not need to pay the extra amount and feel like the management company was not up front with us about that. All in all - we had a great time DESPITE these issues. The house itself is great and the location is awesome. The view was amazing and the sunsets breath taking as we fixing dinner and enjoying a cocktail with the family. We had plenty of room for everyone. I would suggest for the future guest a few things. First I would make sure you take along with you a good broom to sweep up after yourself and to clean the stairs in knock down cobwebs. The one provided was in rough shape and kind a gross looking. Also if you plan to cook you might want to take along some kitchen pans. There were not enough provided and they were very small to cook for the size of house it is. The plates and cups had many chips. The pool is beautiful. However it had absolutely no afternoon shade. So make sure you bring a sun tent or something if you have had enough sun but still want to enjoy the pool. There were several thing broken. The screen on the the kids bedroom door. And you couldn't use one of the bunk beds because the ladder was not attacked to the bed. It was broken off. We also all thought it strange that the room that had the bunk bed (kids room) was the room closest to the pool and with an outside exit to the driveway. That porch did provide shade and it would have been nice to sit on and still be able to talk to people in the pool area. It was so nice that all the bedrooms had access to a porch. The front bedroom had a nice porch but you would not have wanted to sit among the cobwebs. And only the top deck had furniture. The pool t ##### Jay F. The owners could have provided more pictures as the property was being built and decorated. we asked for them several times in the last three months before our rental and they were not updated. when we arrived at the property we were not provided with access code to she house. That problem was readily solve but would be nice to have it sent to us at the agreed upon time.
