Top Level: The home's top level features an inviting open great room with a TV and DVD player, offering a view of the lighthouse through a large sliding glass door leading to the deck. The updated open-concept kitchen provides a modern cooking and dining space with an in-kitchen dining table seating 8, new cabinets, fresh countertops, updated appliances, and a convenient beverage refrigerator (2025). Enjoy casual breakfasts at the counter bar or gather for family meals in the adjacent dining area with a view of the ocean. Beach Bellini is well-equipped with WIFI, cable TV, and a variety of family-friendly toys, puzzles, and games to keep everyone entertained.  
  
Mid Level: The middle-level features 2 King Master Bedrooms, each with newly renovated private bathrooms featuring spacious showers, updated vanities, and countertops. A convenient hallway laundry area includes a full-sized washer and dryer, making your stay comfortable and easy.  
  
Ground Level: The ground floor offers two additional bedrooms: one with 2 Singles and TV, and a comfortable Queen Bedroom with TV and a full bathroom. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and beach toys. Outdoor amenities include a patio with a charcoal grill and an outside shower.  
  
Extras: TVs throughout, wireless high-speed internet access, book collection, outside shower, parking for 4 vehicles, charcoal grill, community water, complimentary linens and towels, and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 8 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
