No Glitter Allowed: Glitter is extremely difficult to clean and can cause lasting damage to furniture and surfaces. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us provide a clean, welcoming space for every guest. Pests: Corolla is home to midges, tiny bugs that are common in the area during certain seasons. While they are harmless and don’t bite at all, they come in numbers, so we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible to minimize their presence indoors. Keeping the lights off at night is also a tremendous help. We also treat the area regularly to manage their numbers, but be aware they can still affect outdoor spaces. Bug spray but it is a great idea for enjoying the deck and pool areas. Snakes are also common in Corolla at times from the Marsh. If you notice one on property, please contact us and we\`ll have animal control come remove them. House Rules • Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. • No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti or glitter is allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. • Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool.
