Hardwood in the great room living area with plenty of room for everyone accents the granite countertops on the custom cabinetry with high-end stainless-steel appliances. We should call this “Huge Hideaway” with all the space you will have to enjoy all 19 of your closest friends and relatives! The kitchen island spans the length of the kitchen where cooks can look out into the great room and be a part of the family fun. The island bar seats 8 easily, and adds much needed storage space to the kitchen. Appliances are set up to prepare meals for the entire group. Or, call in a private chef who can take care of everyone, whether you want to enjoy meals in the dining area and great room, ground level poolside or deck side. Let's get right to the kids. The manicured yard and volleyball court are kept fresh and are ready for tiny feet (or not so tiny) to run, play and just have a ball without spurs and cactus in the way. The top level smart TV allows you to stream your favorite shows, the home theater also offers internet access so you can enjoy movies there or hook up and stream favorite shows, movies or games. The ground level rec room floor plan gives a fun space with some distance to the bedrooms for a peaceful environment when needed. The ample rec room has a 9 ft. billiards table and a game table for board games or snacks. The large wet bar with fridge with freezer icemaker and 2 drawer dishwasher gives you another area for storage and meal prep for lunches by the pool. The cabana house attached by decking to the main house gives super privacy in the upper level bridal suite king master outfitted with LCD TV, Mini Fridge, Microwave, and a large tile Shower with a Rain Head. Below at poolside is the cabana kitchenette with a cool pass through to the poolside bar, full size refrigerator with freezer icemaker, and LCD TV. This great hang out will be the spot for lunch and snacks by the pool. All bedrooms are full masters, with several offering luxury appointments. The top King Master has deck access overlooking a green/tree scape you do not usually get in a busy Corolla neighborhood. Mid level master bedrooms are large and comfortable, with some offering private toilet rooms, some offering access to the massive deck space this house offers. We had someone with us in a wheelchair, and though the house is not ADA it has an elevator and we made it work with our own ramps. Very short walk to the beachSO spaciousAmazing kitchen for cooking - well stocked with dishes and cookwareOnly downfalls:No ironing board (normally we wouldn't need to iron while on a beach vacation but we were attending a wedding)No office area as shown in the pics (that room now has wall cubbies instead of a desk as part of the laundry room)Only one bath towel per guest per stayHonestly, none of those are a big deal, I'm just mentioning them so others can prepare.
