An Outer Banks vacation at a great value is waiting for you at 'Grammie's Place', a completely remodeled and updated property with quartz countertops, an expanded master bathroom shower with luxurious tile, and new flooring throughout. Located in Indian Summer condos, this is an end unit with 3 bedrooms and features bright, open-concept living space on the ocean side in Corolla. You have a beautiful community pool available May-September, and are just across from the tennis courts available all year! Lovingly cared for by a family that loves their time together at the beach, your vacation has all the conveniences of home.  
  
The kitchen is outfitted so you can cook your meals here, and there is a cute deck with shade and a picnic table for meals outside. 'Grammie's Place' is a great spot for couples and small family vacations where the beach and bonding together is a priority. It's just a short walk to the beach on the boardwalk, with steps over the dune, to enjoy all day on the beach.  
  
Now for LOCATION! Centrally located in Corolla, found in Section F of Ocean Sands, 'Grammie's Place' is across from The Currituck Club for golfing or special events, Harris Teeter shopping plaza, and Duck Donuts! Tim Buck II Shopping is just minutes away too!  
  
One-Level: Living Area with Sectional Sofa, TV, DVD, Kitchen with Bar, Dining Table seats 6, Game Table seats 2, Covered Deck with Picnic Table and Adirondack Chairs, King Master Bedroom with TV; Queen Bedroom with TV; Bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds and TV; Hall Full Bathroom with 2 Sink Vanity.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
