Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping at Timbuck II are just minutes away.

On the first level, you'll find a billiards room with a wet bar and large flat-screen TV perfect for hanging out and watching the game. You'll also find two of the seven bedrooms on this level. The first is a King En Suite with a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom has Full over Full bunk beds. Both of these bedrooms are beautifully decorated and are furnished with large flat-screen TVs. This level also features a full family bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a state-of-the-art washer and dryer.

From the first level, you and your family have access to the back yard which feels like your own private resort. Featuring a large private pool, a hot tub, outdoor seating, and a private outdoor shower will ensure your family will spend hours enjoying these amenities against the backdrop of the Outer Banks' natural beauty and the professionally landscaped surroundings.

On the second level, you'll find the main entrance to the home. This level houses four of the seven bedrooms. Three king bedrooms are on this level, with two containing full private bathrooms featuring stand-up showers. In each of these bedrooms, you will also find deck access and flat-screen TVs. The fourth bedroom is furnished with twin bunk beds and a twin single and offers deck access looking over the pool. There is an additional full family bathroom with a shower/tub combination as well.

Offering KEES' FlexStay program, you're able to choose your own vacation check-in or check-out dates at no additional cost! KEES provides all bed linens and bath towels, as well as Shampoo/Body Wash /Soap, and a starter package with laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, K-Cups, and garbage bags.

**Private heated pools will open on March 31st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
