Truly a "Dream House" on the Ocean. This 9 bedroom, luxurious home has everything you could dream of and more. Beautifully decorated with breathtaking ocean views. Bask in the sun on the beach or beside your private pool (16'x32' and a salt water treatment system)! For an additional fee you may have the pool heated. Relax in the hot tub under the stars. Enjoy a game of volleyball, horseshoes or challenge your friends to a game of pool in the rec room. The house is handicap friendly with elevator and roll in shower. Just 10 yards to the beach.

There are 12 Cable TVs and a computer with highspeed wireless internet to keep you connected to business or current events. You may prefer to kick back, forget about the real world and enjoy your Ocean Dream for the week!!!

Guest Review: 'Beach Realty was on the money. They made the whole rental process smooth and easy. The Ocean Dream was a "dream". The views from the third floor were incredible. The furniture is all updated and kept clean. The beds top of the line not one bad night sleep. This place is worth every penny.'

"Just steps from the gorgeous beach. House was spacious and well equipped. Washer and dryer were great (and large which helped). We had 18 people (half kids, half adults - mix from 2 month old to grandparent) and the house never felt crowded. Plenty of seating outside as well. Everything was clean and neat and we loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped, and the two dishwashers came in handy. It would have been nice to have had an extra garbage can or two, not sure if that is an option, but they were full from the previous tenant when we arrived (realtor did arrange to have some of it picked up so we would have more space). It really was a wonderful vacation in a great location. The house is very close to grocery shopping and an easy ride to Duck for shops and restaurants. The pool was wonderful. The a/c had three separate zones which helped with varying opinions on a comfortable temperature!"

The place was perfect for our family friends get together. Can’t rave about this house enough. This beautiful house accommodated every one. Looking forward to hopefully renting this beautiful home in the future.

My daughter has a power wheelchair and the house was perfect for her to get around. Mostly open floor plan. We had family meet us here and everyone was very comfortable. The views were priceless! Thank you!

The house was very comfortable. There was an issue with a leaky toilet and a maintenance person came right away. The location is great and the kitchen is very well appointed. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would come back to this house. The location between Corollla and Duck was ideal and not far from Harris Teeter. The house was also not right next to other houses and the walkway to the beach was new and fine. The hot tub was great.

I would like to add attachments of pictures and videos I took upon arrival. The place was not clean to say the least. They sent a crew of six to the property after I complained that did make some improvements. I had to spend half the next day cleaning, many of the windows were so filthy you could not see through them. The grounds were trashy and not kept. The AC did not work on the lower levels, when we reported the issue a technician was dispatched. He confirmed that the unit was blowing at 77 degrees with the setting of 72 and needed an HVAC specialist. That was the last we heard from anyone regarding the AC. Very, Very disappointing

The house was as advertised, elevator was very helpful with our older group and the kitchen was well equipped with all needs. The property was clean and we loved the views from the living area It was an amazing experience and we plan to come back again

Our off season stay was indeed what we had hoped for: secluded family time on the beach with our 3 kids who range from 11-18yrs. Between beach, TV with movie options, pool table, hot tub... there was something for everyone. Having stayed at other VRBO properties, it was a bit odd at first: the property does not have an individual owner, but a company. This made for pros/cons: zero beach toy/chairs, zero books, zero spices (not that those are always present since covid). It was nice to have TP & small soap in each bathroom. Kitchen was well supplied & labelled with LOTS of dishes/tools/cooking bowls/pots. Also, when I called b/c the pool sticks had no felt, the management service center was able to send a guy out to rectify that that afternoon.

The location is perfect, and the property is good, but be prepared to deal with issues mentioned below: 1. 4-5 workers showed up at the property on the 2nd day and they were not wearing masks/gloves putting the health of 4 families at risk during COVID. We called the property management and they said the work must be done. If that was the case, they should have scheduled the repair when they are not renting, or they should have at least informed us and asked the workers to follow COVID guidelines. I was also told by the mgmt. that as per section 10 of the contract, they could do repairs during the stay. My interpretation is that, they could access the property at reasonable time to repair issues that renters have reported in writing, not any repair work, otherwise what is the point of vacation rentals? 2. When the workers arrived, the kids had to get out of the hot tub. We couldn't use the hot tub for 2 days because of the fresh concrete and they had blocked the access. The workers didn't even tell us when we could use the hot tub or remove the blockage, finally on the 3rd day we used the hot tub. 3. The lot next to this property is under construction, so there was a construction truck from 8am to 4pm, which was very loud, and the entire house was vibrating/shaking during that time. I understand, the owner has no control over this, but this impacted the time we spent in the house. So, this is not a peaceful retreat, at least until the construction is completed. 4. In the owner opinion it was an inconvenience only for couple of hours when the workers worked there, which was not the case because the workers worked for couple of hours, then they left for a lunch break, came back and finished the work. So, it took them more than couple of hours to just finish their work. Even after completing the work, we did not use the hot tub for 2 days because of the fresh concrete, so not sure how is it an inconvenience for just couple of hours? 5. Not sure, why VRBO charges service fees for customer service, when I contacted them, the only action they recommended was to reach out to the property mgmt. Unbelievable! 6. As the landlord didn’t provide the property in a safe, fit and habitable condition and is not willing to make any concessions hence I am exploring dispute resolution options.

We loved the location of this property-very close to groceries, shopping and restaurants. The top level is wonderful and the expansive ocean views are stunning. The quick access to the beach is a major perk. The second level with all the master bedrooms and bathrooms shows signs of pretty significant wear and tear and could use some updating. Upon arrival, we did notice some items that were damaged (screens ripped, screen doors off track, water damage in bathroom, leaking shower head) and reported it to the property office. We also had issues with one of the toilets backing up. They were eventually responsive, though it did take some additional follow up on our end, but they did address the issues when we were able to connect. I think with some love to the mid-level, this house could truly be a retreat. Really, the views alone are worth it.

We called for maintenance for the elevator since it did not work. We had two people with us in their 70's and wanted the elevator for them. The elevator was not fixed during our stay. That was one amenity we rented this house for but was not provided. All other items were in working order ans as expected.
