Walk in from the 2 car-carport right into a recreation room. Here you can enjoy a sporting game of foosball and then retreat to the sofa and watch a movie or maybe a sporting event on the flat screen HDTV. A wet bar with a full refrigerator provides a convenient space for your snacks and drinks. A full hall bath and a bedroom with a full over full bunk bed will turn into the kids' retreat. You might not see them for days! The second level is a great room decorated with hardwood floors, a beautiful white sofa and coordinating plush chairs, distressed accent pieces and bold decorations. A large flat panel HDTV invites you to sit down with friends and family as you watch a movie together or discover a favorite new TV show. Vaulted ceilings give the area an open and spacious feel. Exit through the sliding glass doors to enjoy your private balcony. It's a lovely spot to start your morning or end your afternoon with your favorite beverage of choice. An updated and generous kitchen with abundant dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with pendant lighting fixtures awaits the family chef. He or she will have plenty of working space and everything needed to create a memorable meal. The island with seating for 3 invites company and conversation and the rich wood table provides the perfect backdrop to enjoy a delicious meal together. Two King En Suites grace this second level. The first one of these features a bedroom set with coordinated bedding and a flat-screen HDTV. Watch whatever you want! The En Suite bath has a large subway-tiled walk-in shower. The second King En Suite is complete with a gorgeous, distressed wood bedroom set, flat screen HDTV, and an En Suite bath with gracious tiled walk-in shower and double vanities. The third level is the En Suite with 2 Queens and you may just have to flip a coin over! With plenty of privacy, this generous space features a built-in window seat, perfect for your summer reading or catching up with friends online, as well as a lovely En Suite full bath. A screened porch holds the soothing hot tub that will surely take away any remaining stress. What could be better than sitting in the hot tub on a cool Outer Banks evening, feeling the bubbling jets work their magic on you? A grill and an outdoor seating area also round out the first level. This property has 4 parking spots for guests. You can charge your Electric Vehicle at the house which contains a Level 2 charger NEMA 14-50 Plug/Receptacle on the side of the house by the driveway. All you need is a portable charger. As part of the Corolla Light community, you and your group enjoy access to the many fabulous amenities. The resort encompasses 240 acres and is considered to be the most family-friendly resort on the Outer Banks. Corolla Light is home to some of the best beaches anywhere on the Outer Banks and they are patrolled by lifeguards during the summer season. The three air-conditioned Corolla Light trolleys run every 20-25 minutes during the summer season. Getting around the resort is so easy! Just pick up the trolley at one of the designated stops and off you go! If you're headed to the oceanfront complex, you'll enjoy basketball, volleyball, and shuffleboard courts while you're there. For those seeking a more natural experience, visit the quiet sound side and take a walk along the mile + sound front nature trail. The sunsets off the two piers are glorious and not to be missed. The management company was terrible with absolutely zero communication. I reached out 3 times asking some specific information and didn’t get a single response. Once we arrived, we found that the WiFi didn’t work, and therefore none of the TVs, and after leaving 3 messages we received zero response. The house was filthy and the kitchen counter and floors were covered in ants. I used an entire container of Lysol wipes to try to get in under control. The outdoor areas were completely unusable due to amount of ants and spider webs. We had friends that had a place in the same complex with a different management company and they had no issues. The area was gorgeous and we will continue to go back, but never through this management company. ##### Jami H. Kids enjoyed the rec area and hot tub. It was a nice surprise to see we had bikes and all sorts of beach supplies (chairs, wagon, sand toys, etc). It would have been nice to know up front so we wouldn't have purchased and packed those items but I also didn’t ask. Great location close to everything and easy to find parking if we didn’t want to walk. ##### Heather G. The house itself is beautiful. However, it was not clean or maintained. We arrived on Saturday night to an ant and spider infestation that needed pest management to come and remediate. They came on Monday afternoon. They also confirmed they had not been there in years. The cleaning service is not great. There were stains on our bedding, I had to clean the kitchen before using it, no one had vacuumed and there was mold in the two showers. The hot tub had not been cleaned as detailed in our welcome packet and that vendor did not show up until Tuesday afternoon. They did send fresh bedding immediately and offered to send cleaning service, but we were already in the house a day and I had cleaned already so I declined. There were too many preventable issues for such a short stay and the price of the rental. We will not be renting through Kees again. The outside patio was also littered with landscaping debris and the table was dirty. We left the condo better cleaned than when we arrived and that should just not have happened. Rumor on the island is that this is the reputation for this property management group. I should have done more homework before booking. ##### Lisa K. It was so convenient to the beach and the Sound. The size of the home was nice for our extended family. However, the home was not clean. There were many spiderwebs and spiders in the corners of the hallways and rooms. The downstairs bathroom tub drained VERY slowly. The main level French doors going to the larger deck were not cleaned before our arrival. Very filthy with smudges and hand prints. One of the comforters on the lowest level had stains on it, another had a googly eye sticker on it. Some of the bath towels in the home had stains as well. Besides the cleanliness of the place, we enjoyed our family time together at the beach. ##### Brian and Gail M. I think they can clean the outside deck furniture, sweep all the leaves and dirt around the hot tub and dust the rooms. It was neat but could use better overall cleaning. When we first arrived the hot tub was not heating up and the shower head was not working properly. After calling the property manager, they responded quickly and were able to fix both. There were other amenities available including workout room, pool, mini golf, tennis and others. Unfortunately, we didn't use them due to our short stay.
