My family experienced a handful of issues that we made the property management company aware of at the beginning of our stay. We requested that a work order be entered for someone to come out and provide service but no one ever contacted me regarding coming out. This was a big disappointment as was the $100 credit that was offered towards a future stay. The property was as close to the beach access as advertised so we were able to get down to the ocean quickly and easily. The home is perfectly suited for a few days at the beach and the entire family was very pleased with our stay. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was that it wasn't quite as clean as we were hoping for when we arrived.
