The floors were filthy which we washed after my grandkids feet became full of dirt. Mold in the caulk in the bathrooms. The screen on the door to the enclosed porch was ripped out. The 2 HVAC filters had to be changed by my sons in law after we found them to have about a year's worth of dirt on them. And 1 of the ceiling HVAC vents looked to have black mold on the inside. We did not discover this until 24 hours before we checked out...only because we went looking thru the house because 4 people in our group came down with respiratory issues 48 hours after arriving. Needless to say, 2 of them were sick enough that they could not really participate in our family vacation. Jun 18, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nice but Not Great for Active Children We liked the house and the pool, but it isn’t a good fit for families with small children or toddlers. There are several potential fall dangers. A built in bench on the top floor deck gave us nightmares of a little one climbing up and tumbling off, so we had to block access. We had to move the sofa as it backed to a staircase. Kids tend to climb and want to look over the sofa or climb up to the shelf-terrifying-they could fall. These things can happen in a second, and it’s not the first thing you think of when you’re checking in, so I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with active small children. The house was well equipped but we would have been better off without the provided linens and towels. The sheets didn’t fit three of the beds!!! Wrong sizes! We made do rather than dealing with the hassle of calling the agency for replacements. The towels are really very low quality. Bring your own. ##### Marilyn K.
