After a 30 minute wait to check in I was assigned a room with beds that looked like hammocks & furniture that was worn & not acceptable for goodwill. We were told we could have an upgrade to king & this was not, as a result we had to return to the front desk & wait again for another room. We wasted over an hour checking in. The second room was renovated & much better although some furniture needs replacement. We have been traveling since Feb 5th & this was the worst experience so far.

This hotel has one of the best indoor swimming pools I have seen. Twice the size of the typical ones found in hotels. The breakfast was also quite nice and the beds were very comfortable. I'd definitely go back.

Front desk and cleaning staff 10/10. Climate control in room 5/10 Water pressure was great, but showerhead leaked. Fridge in room did not work. Outlets by bed were semi non functional.

We were on the first floor which was great because they don't have an elevator. The power was linked to the room above and when we used our power it tripped the breaker and this happened two times before we moved the coffee maker to another plug.

We were provided a 2 queen bedroom on the ground floor. The room felt spacious and clean. The staff was amiable and the very welcoming buffet-style breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The kids enjoyed the gym and swimming pool area for hours. We would stay here again.

Bad experience. I paid for a business room but when I checked in they put me in a regular room. I called the service desk to ask if this is a business rom. The answer was - all business rooms were occupied, but that I got a better room because it was just renovated. I don't buy into that and I told him that I should have been made aware of that. Expedia advertise for business room and I paid a premium for it but Ramada did not honor that. I did not make a fuss of it as I was staying for only 1 night. But no more Ramada....

Nice hotel and Staff were very friendly. My only complaint was that the website stated it had onsite restaurant, although it did not and breakfast was very limited to accommodate food allergies.

This property is dated and needs upgrading. The swimming pool was large and inviting. The property was overrated and not the best for an overnight stay. The is more of a banquet hall than a motel or hotel.

When checking in , the lobby was full of children and families. Assumed it was a tournament which happen at this time of the year. We requested to be away from the busy area if possible. The clerk seemed to be struggling to manage but said we would be away from the group. When we walked to our room there was a hockey game going on in front of our door. I called down and told the clerk that it was not okay as we had a long travel day. He threatened to kick us out of the hotel and said “ this is Boxing Day, I’m not dealing with this “. He then said he was going to hang up and if I wanted I could call back in five minutes and “try again”. I have travelled extensively my whole long life and have never experienced this. My hope is that this young man will have a well needed break or holiday as he clearly was not managing well. We stayed the night as we were exhausted. The clerk in the morning was very nice as was the breakfast room staff. Unfortunately, the anger and outburst of the clerk has left a bad taste so we will not return to that location in the future.
