Just minutes from restaurants and other service amenities, the cottage sleeps four with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. The dining room comfortably seats 6\. The multiple decks and sun room offer peaceful spots to view the water regardless of the weather which is amazing for a vacation week. The living space - kitchen, dining, and living room - is very comfortable with great views of the tidal West River. Kitchen is well equipped and immaculately clean. Ditto the bathrooms. It was tempting to just stay there and not go anywhere. The breeze off the river was refreshing. The birds were great, with 3 kinds of terns feeding right off the deck. The quiet was great and made it hard to believe we were only 15 minutes from Charlottetown’s historic downtown and 7 minutes from Cow’s main store. Cornwall has a very good grocery store and a nice bakery. And Heather is a wonderful host, who met us when we arrived and walked us thru the cottage to explain how everything works. Sep 17, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Tranquil Stay-Perfect Location My daughter and I couldn’t have had a more perfect getaway. The house and property are as described. It is truly so tranquil and peaceful, and has all the amenities you could need. The 3 season room was the most relaxing place to sit and could see the sunset from there or either of the decks. The location was truly perfect to get to our excursions and Charlottetown. Check in was easy and Heather and Floyd were so easy to work with. We had thought of going to an outdoor concert and Floyd offered to bring us lawn chairs. The kitchen is well stocked and the primary bed is very comfortable. But the view and outside decks are the best part, so beautiful. Heather, the host, is so hospitable and helpful. Our plane got in very late so she offered to put some groceries in the fridge for us, so thoughtful. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed. ##### Rene B. Newly renovated cottage with a great location. Hosts, Heather & Floyd were great. HurricaneLee decided to make landfall on PEI. Floyd & Heather offered to put us in a hotel & upon our refusal, they brought supplies to us. We were snug as bugs in the cottage throughout the storm. Or, if you are just a dreamer, you are mesmerized by the view of the river in front of you and the palette of clouds floating by overhead. Or, if you are just into reading, playing games, or relaxing you cannot believe how lucky you are! Our host, Heather, met us upon arrival, checked in with us during our stay and made sure we were not at a loss for anything! We'll definitely come back here! ##### Richard L.
