Management refused to help resolve it or offer a refund just because I booked through Expedia. To top it off, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and the neighbors were incredibly loud. « Found a cockroach in my room climbing the wall along with a dead one after I chased it behind the fridge. Thankfully they were able to move me from the 1st floor to the 4th afterward. Parking lot is tight, someone scratched my car, which I saw after I left in the morning. Staff were younger kids that seemed distracted or just overworked. I hope them luck but I won’t be staying there again. »

« There was body fluids on the head rest, brown substances on the floor in the bathroom and sticky stuff on the floor. The staff referred us to use Expedia. We used Expedia we verified payment but Expedia did not send notification of payment to property. It took hours to be able to gain acess to the rented room. But first Expedia attempted for us to pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to another hotel and be reimbursed later they also got into a verbal altercation with the property...
