Explore the coast, kayak out to Cocagane Island, all from your own cottage! This 600 sq ft design renovated in 2021 cottage makes great use of space to include: Queen Bedroom, Queen Pull out couch and cute bunk bed room. All your family under one roof with great views, badminton, large lawn and water side deck. Fire pit, fire table, bbq and more. Shallow water (sand and silt) great for young ones, shallow entry great for getting a bit wet, floaties, play and for deeper water swimming there are local spots just a short drive away.
Enjoy any season with activities in the winter such as: ice fishing, snow shoeing and more.

This cottage has a lovely view of the water from so many seating locations on the property even inside from the kitchen table from the huge window. The cottage has so many amenities to make the stay enjoyable.

Perfect vacation
Our family experienced a wonderful time in “Little Grey”. We kayaked out to the island and had the most amazing experience. The house and location is a great jump off point for any day trip and a great place to chill. Carol was a great host and responsive. Our family of four had a wonderful time in Cocagne, exploring all the area has to offer. The cottage was perfect for us, Carol thought of anything we would’ve needed including board games and toys for the kiddos. The place was immaculate, the view was amazing and it made our trip just that much more special. The place was as-advertised, plus so much more!
