"Location of hotel is perfect, in the middle of town. Hotel has been done up, very clean. Plenty of parking out front (we had forgotten to book the hotel's covered carpark), but it was off season so might be a lot busier in the summer. Staff for check in and check out couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend!! "

"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros a night I do expect more! "

"Check in was adventurous front desk was already closed at 9:30 my reservation number did not work on the self check in there was a kind person staying there that spoke French that help us with commutating with the operator breakfast was not anywhere close to what website has pictured gate stayed open first night second night it was closed didn’t work with combination of room had to call for assistance and again no wash clothes or hand towels and no ice machine what is the deal with no hotels in France having the basic immunities like in the States "
