Nancy and her new front desk mate were lovely! So kind and accommodating! Our room itself was nice and spacious, but our bathroom needed some serious upgrades. It does appear they are working on the upgrades as other photos of other rooms have much nicer bathrooms. But that did not deter us from giving it five stars. The location is perfect! Close to many ski resorts if you want to ski.
