Η μεζονέτα βρίσκεται στο Αμόνι, κοντά στο Σοφικό. Συνδυάζει τη σύγχρονη άνεση με τη φύση, λόγω του ότι είναι περιτριγυρισμένο από πεύκα και μια από τις «ισχυρές κάρτες της» είναι η μαγευτική θέα της γύρω περιοχής και της θάλασσας. Οι τρεις (3) παραλίες απέχουν μόνο πέντε (5) λεπτά. Το σπίτι απέχει επίσης τριάντα (30) λεπτά από την αρχαία Επίδαυρο και πολύ κοντά στις Μυκήνες. Απέχει 90 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Αθήνας και της Ακρόπολης. Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες.
