It offers fantastic views over the bay of Nisaki down to the Southern Ionian Sea. The villa is fully air-conditioned and accessed from the parking area via a few stairs. It nests on a hillside, all on one level and is very spacious for a family or a party of six to seven people, that wish to have a relaxing vacation without necessarily being far from it all. Local facilities, small but famous beaches, seaside or traditional tavernas are only a few minutes away. Layout Villa Natasha is accessible from the main road via a short private road, which ends up at the property's gate and parking space, at the front of the villa. A few steps lead to the main entrance and the upper terraces, (the downstairs compartment is not for use) which leads into an enormous open plan area with a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining and living spaces with sofas and decorative fireplace. Large french doors open onto the roofed terrace at the front of the villa, with amazing views of the Corfu coast running from the East to the West. Three a/c bedrooms are in-line along the facade of the house, towards the sea and share these fantastic views. One of them is a twin and two are double next to each other. There are two shared family bathrooms (one shower / WC and one bath / WC). The large front balcony (it extends from one end of the house to the other) faces the sea and the coastline, with views reaching as far as Gouvia Bay and Corfu town itself. The scenes offered are simply stunning, especially during the night when the impressive large cruisers cross the bay in full glory. At this time is when the feeling “I dine al fresco” acquires its real meaning! Pool and terraces The round-shaped private pool is in the middle of a large sunny terrace at the back of the house, ensuring total privacy. It is surrounded by lush greeneries and plants, providing total relaxation while reading a book or enjoying yourselves. Pool access is via Roman steps, and the length is: 9 m X 5 m, Depth: 1.0 m to 1.8 m At the side edge of this large terrace, there is a traditional built BBQ underneath a pergola together with a dining terrace, for those who would wish to try their cooking skills whilst away from home. The Location Villa Natasha is a beautiful, simple and lovely property. It is in a beautiful area where you can easily reach the most exciting spots on the island. Explore on foot surrounding hidden coves and ancient mountain villages with no hassle or unnecessary expenses. (Local bus stop is only a few meters down the road). The location is great for access to the beach, shops and tavernas of Nissaki, although a car is desirable. The local shops have a good range of provisions, bakery and wines.The villa is well furnished with lots of cupboard and storage space in each bedroom. The wraparound terrace is great, with stunning views over the bay, and access from each room.The bathrooms were adequate, both with windows looking out to the pool.The pool area is completely private, with a large pool and pretty barbecue area. The owner was very friendly and responsive, also the team at EOS villas. The photos on the website do not do it justice at all.Outside, the front balcony is under shade all day, which was great because it meant we always had a shaded area to eat outside with the kids. The views are fantastic, I could have sat there all day looking out over the Med and Corfu Town.The Villa itself was comfortable and very well serviced, lots of great little touches such as filters for the coffee machine, dishwasher tablets etc.The pool is great, perfect size for a family and very clean.The owner called round to make sure everything was ok with us and was helpful and friendly.If I were to go again I'd invest in a little car for the week, as the closest shops are only small and the beaches are all a little walk away, but wouldn't change a thing about the villa. ##### Thomas C. The villa has a really good sized private pool not overlooked by any other property. It is located within 10 minutes walking distance of the nearest shop and restaurant. Although the walk is along the side of the road where there is no defined path for pedestrians. There are three other restaurants and a small but well stocked supermarket, a bakery and a pizza take-away located a further 10-12 mins down the road. Booking the restaurants in advance is advisable, particularly if you want to sit on the terrace with a view of the sea. There are beaches within 20-25 mins walk if you turn left or right out of the property. The beach at Nisaki is reached by walking down a steep hill that really stretches your calves on the way back up (you can also reach by car), it is the larger of the closer beaches and also has a couple of good restaurants . It is connected by a path to a larger beach a short walk along the coast line. Kaminaki comprises of two small beaches, an easier walk and the secluded beach that you reach first is worth a visit. I would recommend wet shoes for going in and out of the sea as the stone beaches can be quite hard on your feet. If you already own snorkel masks I’d bring them too or you can buy for €10-15 without the snorkel or €15-25 with. It is worth doing some research on the local area to see other points of interest a short drive up the coastline. We found all trails.com for some good walks, admittedly it was very hot to be doing these walks in August. Basically you can fly and flop to Villa Natasha or find more to do a short drive up the coast. ##### Jenny K. We found it super comfortable and well equipped and communication with the rental company was excellent. There is a short cut down to Kaminaki beach (follow the signs to House on the Rocks and head for the steps descending to the side of the house!) which means we were a 10 minute walk away from the sea and a couple of great tavernas. Steep climb back so not ideal for toddlers or the elderly - would recommend a car in those cases. We had a wonderful holiday - our 3rd visit to Nissaki and Natasha our favourite villa. ##### Jo G. Man hat von der Terrasse einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Der Pool ist gross und der Garten schön angelegt. Die Betten bequem. In der Umgebung waren jetzt Ende Oktober noch viele Tavernen offen. Wir haben von eos travel eine sehr informative Anfahrtsbeschreibung bekommen, das war grad im Dunkeln gut!! The location is great and only a short walk to 2 or 3 local beaches. The views across the sea are fantastic while the pool at the rear of the property gets a great deal of sun and is incredibly private. The villa itself was clean and well maintained with all the appliances and essentials needed for a comfortable stay.
