It is situated close to local amenities and boasts amazing sea and sunset views overlooking the open Ionian Sea and Almyros Beach. Dersea is a self-catering, air-conditioned, and secluded villa with a private pool (4.0 X 8.0 m) that is spacious enough for a family or party of 8 persons seeking a relaxing stay while admiring the stunning surrounding views. Layout: A small staircase leads from the parking space to the villa's main entrance, which opens into an open-plan lounge and dining area alongside a fully equipped kitchen and large French doors to the front terraces and garden. Next to this space, there is a well-placed family shower/WC and a twin bedroom. The interior marble staircase leads to the upper floor, which boasts a master bedroom with an en-suite shower, one double, and one twin bedroom that share a nicely decorated bathroom. The master bedroom features a private front balcony overlooking the bay, while the other two bedrooms enjoy back-facing balconies with views of the olive grove and the slopes of Mt Pantokrator. Pool - Views - Terraces: The front of the ground terrace features a lovely infinity private pool (4.0 X 8.0 m) that overlooks the open sea and offers shivering feelings watching the magnificent sunset at a depth of the horizon while having a chilling swim or sunbathing on its stone-paved surroundings. On the right-hand side of the house, there is a second furnished terrace with a covered BBQ space, ideal for anyone wishing to try their cooking skills while away from home or dine al fresco, admiring the stunning views of the bay, which looks like an extension to the charming front garden. The Location: In addition to the stunning views, superb pool, and facilities offered by Villa Dersea, local amenities such as the Hydropolis Water Park, CorfuDivers Diving Center, supermarkets, famous tavernas, and local bank are only a short walk away, and the famous Almyros beach is only a 3-minute drive away. In conjunction with the property's exceptional location, all these make it a dream place to stay, even for the most demanding visitor. Check-in/Checkout Policy: Official Check-in time is 13:00 hrs. Villa Dersea is a beautiful villa with the most amazing pool and views. There is a patio/balcony for every view. Cannot express how beautiful the evening sunsets were. There were 4 adults in the villa which had everything we needed for our stay. The only two problems we had were the beds were too hard and the showers. We could only use the ensuite shower between the 4 of us as the other 2 showers were too low. This didn't stop us enjoying our holiday. The home is so spacious and well maintained. There are so many areas to enjoy both inside and out. The view is nothing short of amazing! The little town has a lot to offer for both shopping and dining. It’s a short walk downhill and there is a small taxi station in town to help you get back home should you choose at a very amazing price. The owners of the villa were welcoming and wonderful and communication with the rental company were always punctual and helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying here for some peace and quiet but also a very close distance to the beach and local attractions. ##### Lianne M. There were only two of us staying there so we had so much space!! Spyros has built a fantastic property with a simply gorgeous infinity pool with great views. We hired a car to explore the island but you wouldn't need to if you were happy to stay in the local area. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes / bakery / supermarket within walking distance. The walk back up the hill is steep but coming from Yorkshire this didn't really bother us. Spyros makes sure everything is clean and watered on a daily basis and was really helpful regarding local advice. A very generous and kind man. Gorgeous pool with sun beds surrounding This property is at the top of a hill so you do need to be fairly mobile. At the bottom of the hill is supermarket/ shops / restaurants/car hire etc. All within a 5-7 minute slow walk . Housekeeping service was great as well nothing was too much trouble, The wind broke the parasol during the visit - email sent to company responded quickly wasn’t a bother and all fixed. Owner popped up daily to see to plants etc so was always contactable. A well priced and beautiful property which allowed for a great holiday. ##### gillian c. We spent a relaxing 2 weeks in their lovely villa. Peaceful location with amazing views. Cleanliness was excellent and the villa was cleaned 3 times during our stay with fresh towels provided each time. The walk home from the bars/restaurants was uphill but didn’t take too long. Fantastic beach front restaurants a few minutes drive away from the villa. We enjoyed water sports at nearby Sidari as well as a day at Aqualand water park. Would definitely recommend this villa if you are looking for a peaceful vacation with stunning sea views. ##### Maria D. Damit ist s wunderbar ruhig und man hat einen tollen Blick über die ganze Bucht mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen - jeden Abend! Der Pool ist super. Schön groß und 1,50m tief, sodass man ordentlich darin spielen und schwimmen kann. Mit Kleinkindern sollte man sehr achtsam sein, da er nicht abflacht. Das Haus selbst ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Betten gut und drei Bäder top. Allerdings sind einige Geräte nicht ganz in Schuss: die Kaffeemaschine ist defekt, der Geschirrspüler funktioniert nur mäßig und der TV empfängt kein deutsches oder internationales Programm. Bei Problemen sind die Eigentümer sehr hilfreich und freundlich und stehen mir Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sie kommen täglich kurz vorbei, um den Garten zu bewässern. Außerdem kommt einmal in der Woche eine Putzkraft vorbei, um das Haus zu reinigen. Top! Man sollte allerdings kein Problem mit Ameisen haben, die unaufhaltsam jede Nacht die noch so kleinsten Reste und Krümel aus der Küche und freie transportieren. Für uns war das kein Problem und inmitten der Natur auch kaum zu vermeiden. Alles in allem war es ein unvergesslicher und traumhaft schöner Urlaub. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! ##### Maik T. Spiros was attentive but unobtrusive making sure that everything was OK for us. The villa was equipped with everything needed including a bbq. Pool was just perfect and thanks to Spiros cleaned daily. Cleaner came a few times with clean towels and gave the place a through clean. Checkin was easy. It was nice to have a chat with him in the mornings. The cleaner came back to do a mid week clean very thorough and friendly. Both never intrusive. Die Sauberkeit in der Villa war ausgezeichnet. Die sehr zuvorkommende Putzfrau hat alle 3-4 Tage super ordentlich gereinigt, die Betten neue bezogen und neue Handtücher parat gelegt und war in keinster Weise störend. Der Pool wurde vom Besitzer (Spirous) immer gereinigt, der Rasen bewässert und er war jederzeit hilfsbereit und konnte per SMS innerhalb kürzester Zeit bei eventuellen Problemen helfen. Es war schön das viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar waren und selbst zu denen am Strand benötigte man kein Auto. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Dersea sehr genossen und nichts vermisst. ##### Susanne B. Met 8 personen en vrij beperkte aantaal borden en glazen blijf je afwassen. Woon en eet kamer zijn niet geschikt voor 8 personen. Er zijn 6 uitgeleende stoelen en 5 zit plaatsen in de woon kamer. Toch kun en van d prachtig uitzicht en zon ondergang genieten. We were a party of adults of various ages plus teens and children. The villa was great and very clean with everything you’d need. The pool was especially great - very clean and well placed plus fantastic views. Sie liegt auf einem Hügel, um zu Fuß in die Stadt zu gehen, muss man also gut zu Fuß sein. Ansonsten lieber einen Mietwagen buchen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nicht ausreichend für die buchbare Anzahl der Personen. Es gibt z. B. sehr wenig Besteck. Die Bäder sind nicht mehr allzu neu. In einem Bad fehlt z. B. eine Türe im der Duschkabine, so dass das komplette Bad nach dem Duschen unter Wasser steht. Die Dusche im anderen Bad ist sehr verkalkt und sieht dadurch unschön aus. Pluspunkte sind die Waschmaschine und die Liegen im Außenbereich. Sowie natürlich die wunderbare Aussicht! Vor allem bei Sonnenuntergängen. ##### Anita W.
