The fully air-conditioned Villa covers an area of 160 m² and has two levels. It is surrounded by a plot of 1800 m2, 5 parking spaces inside the gate, a barbecue and a very large partly covered terrace with swimming pool. For the comfort of the client the villa has few steps, concerning loading or unloading (shopping, luggage ...) On the ground floor there is a modern design kitchen with dining area and living room with a large flat screen TV and ethanol fireplace. A laundry room with many drawers and closet and a washer-dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities and guests will find welcome gifts upon their arrival. The living room and the ground floor bedroom have floor-to-ceiling glazing doors that lead to the pool or to a covered terrace and offer breathtaking sea views from the inside. The bedroom has television, desktop, en-suite bath with enclosure shower. An additional independent toilet in the entrance is available for guests. The internal stairs lead to the first floor where three other rooms are fitted. One bedroom with double bed ,flat screen TV and 2 large windows overlooking the sea and en-suite bath with sea view . The second bedroom on this floor is a romantic rooftop layout with an imposing four poster double bed and a desk, large windows with sea view, while customers can use the extra shower in the end of the corridor . A third room with double bed ,flat screen TV,large wordroabe and large glazzing door with view to the pool and the magnificent horizon.What makes this house unique is the artistic decoration that the owner has made by himself and the picturesque view of the northeastern side of Corfu, Albania, Examilia to the city of Corfu. Guests can experience the colorful morning sunrise, even from the bath in the master bedroom or large balcony. The bedroom on the ground floor also has unique advantages of its large glazing window , guests can relax in bed and admire the pool's water feature that blends with the horizon and the sea. Guests are advised to rent a car so they can visit the island, its local markets, restaurants and beaches. It was in a quiet location up the side of a hill and in a good position for all that you need in the north of Corfu. The hosts were also very helpful and welcoming on arrival. We have just got back from staying here for the week and wish we could have stayed longer. There was a group of six of us friends and we all loved the Villa and were really impressed. Perfect size for a group of people, the facilities were great and everything was really well stocked. All modern and very clean, felt like a luxurious get away and we didn’t want to leave. The views from the Villa you couldn’t ask for more and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Also only 15/20mins drive from Kassiopi and Agios Stefanos so plenty of places to go for an evening out although a car is definitely needed, we had taxis arranged for when we wanted to go into town in the evening for a few drinks. ##### Rebecca I. Facilities are fantastic and luxurious and we felt truly spoilt. The villa is reached by driving through a twisting trail up the side of a large hill but the rewarding views are simply breathtaking. The solitude of the area is so relaxing but the trade off is that you are very reliant on having a car if you are to have any other contact with entertainment or other people. The nearest facilities are at least 2 miles away (very steep incline) and most other places of interest around 5 miles but we personally didn’t find this in any way an inconvenience and more than compensated by our surroundings. We would like to thank Tasos for the lovely welcome pack and gift and Charles the artist for opening his superb modern villa for our enjoyment. We would have absolutely no hesitation in returning. ##### Allan C. Secure gated entrance with lots of parking and well kept beautiful gardens. On entering the villa your senses are overwhelmed to take in the luxury interior, magnificent art sculptures, wall pieces and paintings, and of course the view! Beyond the well maintained infinity pool is the most spectacular view, as from every seated and dining areas, even from the bath! Indeed the view of Albania from the indoor dining table framed by the window is like a painting As expected in October, a few cloudy days, but this just adds to the holiday memories watching clouds break and lift to reveal the most amazing view of the entire length of Corfu, across the calm sea to Albania and Greece in the distance. Well appointed artwork complements the surroundings for some great photos. This villa comes fully equipped and stocked with everything you need for a stress free luxurious holiday. Well done to the owner (amazing artist) for opening up your property and your panoramic views to share, the management team for being so polite and helpful, and the maintenance team for taking such good care of the property. A truly 10 out of 10 experience. ##### Shane K. ### 8/10 – Bien #### Rudolf S. 9 oct. 2019 Points forts : Propreté #### Tolle Villa mit kleinen Abstrichen Wir verbrachten die letzten zwei Septemberwochen insgesamt 12 Tage in der Villa Artist. Vor Reiseantritt hatten wir per Mail Kontakt mit Tasos, der für den Ablauf vor Ort mit der Villa , beauftragt ist. Dank seiner Wegbeschreibung und ein wenig Ortskenntnis, konnten wir das Haus gut finden. Da das Haus ca. 500m ü.Meer liegt, führt die Strasse von Sinies aus, nochmals für knapp 10 Minuten zum Teil recht Steil und über viele Kurven nach Porta, dem kleinen Dorf, wo das Haus beim Dorfeingang zu finden ist. Wir hatten Telefonisch mit Tasos bei der Villa abgemacht, wo wir von Ihm eine doch sehr knappe und mangelhafte Einweisung für das Haus bekamen. Die Villa selbst liegt erhöht auf einem riesigen Grundstück, an einer wunder schönen Lage, mit einer sensationellen Aussicht auf das Meer und die Küsten von Korfu und das benachbarte Albanien. Mit insgesamt drei Schlafzimmern , bietet die Villa ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Gäste. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Allem. Auch das Interieur ist sehr ansprechend und modern ,versetzt mit vielen künstlerischen Objekten des Besitzers. Bis auf ein Schlafzimmer, kann man von jedem Bereich auch innerhalb des Hauses die überwältigende Aussicht bewundern. Der Aussenbereich ist riesig, mit tollem Pool , vielen Liegen mit Sonnenschirm und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Rund um die Villa ist es sehr grün, mit vielen blühenden Sträuchern und Mandeln und Olivenbäumen. Leider konnten wir die Villa nicht auf die Art und Weise geniessen, wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Beim Nachbargrundstück wird zur Zeit gebaut, und um 7:15Uhr fingen die Maschinen an zu laufen, und das verunmöglichte neben dem Ausschlafen, auch den Verbleib tagsüber im Poolbereich. Nach einem Telefonat mit Tasos, hat der uns zwar versichert, er hätte ein Abkommen mit dem Bauleiter getroffen die Arbeiten einzustellen, während Gäste in der Villa seien ,wurde aber bis auf 2 Tage, nie eingehalten! So mussten wir Tagsüber an Strände ausweichen, um Ruhe zu haben. Auf das Problem mit der Baustelle, müsste bei der Buchung, zwingend hingewiesen werden! Innerhalb von ca. 20 Autominuten, sind sehr viele, wunderschöne Buchten erreichbar, auch mit vielen angeschlossenen Tavernen . Leider hatte die einzige Taverne im Ort bereits zu. Mietwagen ist also sehr zu empfehlen. Wir können die Villa, sobald die Baustelle fertiggestellt ist, wirklich weiterempfehlen, schon alleine der tollen Lage wegen! ##### Rudolf S.
