### Livadi Villa

Livadi Villa is located in Kounavádhes (very close to the village of Magoulades and the resort of Arillas) and provides accommodation with a private swimming pool (with paddle pool), a patio and pool views. The air-conditioned accommodation is 35 km from Corfu Town towards the NW end of the island, and guests benefit from private parking available on site (2 parking slots inside the property premises) and free WiFi.  
This villa comes with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, a flat-screen TV, a seating area with fireplace and 3 bathrooms equipped with a shower and an extra WC in the groundfoor common area. Towels and bed linen are featured in the villa.  
The villa offers a sun terrace and an amazing, well-tended garden which is extensive and in different levels. Guests can swim in the outdoor swimming pool, luxuriate at their garden sun loungers, hammock, lounge area and make the most of the extensive outdoor space of the villa and its shaded BBQ and outdoor dining facilities. Fantastic surroundings with wild nature and a Cypress forest, ideal for hiking.  
Paleokastritsa is 10 km from Livadi Villa, while Sidari with numerous restaurants is an easy 2,5 km drive. The reknown resort of Arillas with its Argilic beach is at 5 km from the accommodation, while the dream sandy beach of Agios Georgios is at another 6 km from the villa.

#### Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren für eine Woche dort, der Pool und das Haus sind sehr gut ausgestattet es fehlte nichts. Das was man bei der Buchung beachten sollte ist das die Straße dort direkt am Haus vorbei geht und es doch keine einsame Straße ist. Georg hat uns bei der Ankunft Empfang und war immer für uns erreichbar, ein wirklicher Gewinn für die Unterkunft. Vielen Dank
