### Gaia - A Secret Luxury Hideaway

Nestled on top of a hill, within a beautiful plot of land, lies a distinctive estate comprised of two elegant residencies. Villa Gaia boasts a contemporary aesthetic with sleek lines and offers ample living space across three levels, measuring 230 square meters, landscaped gardens and a private swimming pool.   
  
The ground floor level of Gaia includes a spacious open-plan fully equipped kitchen, leading to a large dining area. The living room features a modern fireplace, large windows, and sliding doors that lead to a furnished covered veranda, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. From the comfort of the living room, you can take in the picturesque scenery of the gardens, small mountain villages, and green landscapes of Corfu.   
  
The ground floor includes a Master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that features a large double walk-in shower room. The bedroom opens to a veranda that provides access to the pool and gardens. Additionally, the ground level features a guest WC for added convenience.   
  
An internal staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where there is another ensuite bedroom with garden views and a modern design. The bedroom features a desk that can easily be used as a study. On the top floor, there is the master ensuite bedroom with a large double walk-in shower room and breath-taking views of the garden and pool. The bedroom opens to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying an afternoon espresso. The surrounding palm trees create a sense of entering a tranquil oasis.   
  
The lower ground level is a versatile space that offers complete privacy from the rest of the villa. It features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities for cooking and dining. The open-plan living room has large patio doors that open up to a terrace with an outdoor sitting room, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and garden views. There is also a cosy double bedroom with garden views, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added convenience, a laundry room is also available on this level.   
  
The magnificent landscaped gardens truly complete the property. Guests at the villa will enjoy a large private swimming pool with a spacious sun-bathing area with comfortable sun-loungers and beautiful shaded seating areas. There is a beautiful dining area located next to the pool, allowing for shared meals in a picturesque setting. The villa is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation, olive trees, pines, oleanders, and carob trees, providing a truly lush and verdant atmosphere.

The Estate is situated in one of the greenest areas of Corfu, beneath the traditional village of Gastouri, home to the renowned Achilleion Palace. It is just 3 kilometers away from the charming fishing village of Benitses and its private marina. Or a 15 minutes drive to the UNESCO heritage site of old Corfu town. It is also the ideal location to enjoy the vast sandy beaches of the east and west coast of Corfu island.
